Burger King — Restaurant in Yakima

Came in about almost 4pm today. Place was being badly managed. Took a long time just to place a walk in order. Was very observe it. Lobby needed to be clean. Watched a family's coffee order done. Nothing like what is shown on the TV commercials and was poorly made. Noticed different color pattern on the same style coffee drinks. Drink area was dirty. Saw that their order times were very slow. Saw also food complaints done by two different people. As I sat down to see if the food was good that I ordered, I witness a woman approach the manager on a receipt for their survey code get a free whopper. Woman was very anger on how the situation was handled and I heard her say out flat that she was filing a consumer complaint with the AG. Saw a gentleman approach her in the family play area. I could hear part of the conversation. Sounded like the owner of this particular restaurant was there talking to her. I decided to eat my food. Fries were old tasting, nuggets were over cooked. I didn't bother even trying my drink. When I was walking out and heading to the car, I did talk to the woman that I heard earlier inside. The family let me know the service was bad and yes it was the owner that was there and he didn't take their complaints seriously. They said play room smelt like a dirty sock. Was not clean. And their coffee was terrible, and the grandchild's nuggets were over cooked. I let them know too mine were as well. If you are the owner, reading this review, SHAME ON YOU!!!!! I will not be coming back. And I hope others won't either until you make this...

Ordered our food then they said they would bring us our food to play area. So we were given receipt and drink cups. We went to play area and waited and waited. And finally after 45 minutes I went up front and asked if they knew where my order was and she a different gal said she'd look and then bring it out to me. So I got our drinks and went back to play area a few seconds later here she comes with our food explaining it had been under the warmer for some time the guy didn't bring it out to us. I was so upset so we got old food because there customer service sucks. Yeah not happy with the burger king on 1st st. Next to home depot the bigger guy with dark hair behind the counter shouldn't say he'll bring it to you if he won't. Very rude!!! At least my grandson had a fun time playing the chicken strips were so over cooked he wouldn't eat them. So they are gonna be dogs treats but all in all at least he got to have fun playing. And the gal was super sweet and helped us find the food and got it to us finally. Thank you Hilda you are amazing. Hope they know how sweet and kind you are. Great customer service skills too. In the last week I've eaten at the S. 1st Street Yakima, Washington store 4 or 5 times. I've been working late and stopping there to eat on my way home about 11-11:30 pm. As of tonight that will stop both last night and tonight I have had to deal with very rude staff members!! I will no longer support this store... Apparently you are not allowed to use their parking lot or at least I'm not after going through their drive thru. The last 2 nights in a row I've been rudely told that I could not park in their parking lot and eat my dinner that was just purchased at their drive thru. I wasn't bothering anyone I was sitting in my car eating my dinner unwinding from a long day and checking my messages and e--mail minding my own business harming no body!! That is Very poor customer service. Shows that they have no appreciation for customers. And Very disrespectful!!! They obviously don't need my business so I will be supporting businesses that do respect and appreciate my business there are plenty of them on my way home to Selah!!!
