For starters, I don't give out 5 stars frivolously. My pizza experience dates back 40 years and ranges from NY, NJ, CT, FL, and MA. I travel to Boston from the Cape to stock up on what I consider the best pizza in MA and freeze the slices so I have the best pizza available in my house. I've been known to drive to NJ to stock up on pizza as well. I received a gift card recently to D.C. Porcelli's, my wife and I took a ride down from Harwich to give yet another pizza joint a try. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the exterior, this looked like a real Italian pizza joint similar to other places we like, great vibe! Upon entering the establishment we were surprised at how spacious it was, very well laid out and super clean. We were greeted by a friendly man behind the bar and stated we were there for a pick-up order. We ordered an 18-inch pizza with green peppers & onions and a BLT. We paid and exchanged pleasantries, grabbed a menu, and headed out to the truck to get the box open to not steam the pizza and get our first look and bite from this new and exciting place. The pizza looked good with the peppers and onions chopped small, the sauce-to-cheese ratio looked good, and there was a slight amount of oil on it as well which was perfect. We both grabbed a slice and found the undercarriage to be firm but not hard and the crust to be crunchy. The sauce was tangy and the cheese was delightful. A well-made pizza, shocking!! We haven't found many pizza establishments on the Cape we enjoy so thumbs up to this one. As for the BLT, that was just plain delicious, well made, toasted perfectly, with fresh ingredients, and great fries! 5 stars. As I stated in the beginning, we don't give 5 stars very often when it comes to pizza and most get 1 or 2 so this place is well worth a visit. We'll be back again!

Delicious so many toppings at first I was wondering why this pizza is so expensive. I understand it’s Cape Cod. It’s a travel place. You know a lot of people up their prices. It was definitely expensive, but it was definitely delicious. I realize that the reason they charge so much for their toppings is because they do not play games when it comes to toppings you could not even see the cheese. There was so much pepperoni on there in order to get that much pepperoni anywhere else you would have to say extra extra extra extra I had them double cut the slices because it was huge when I heard of only eight slices in a pizza I was like oh no this is not gonna feed all my kids. I have a lot of them, but it definitely. Did. We have enough pizza for tonight and tomorrow and we have 6 kids and 3 adults here try em out

Decided to get a pizza for my last dinner here at the Cape for the week (February stay). So happy I did. I thought I’d be just running in, grabbing my order and leaving, but instead I had a nice chat with Rhonda and Lou. I felt so welcome and look forward to going back when I am here again in the spring. Oh, and the pizza was delish! Thin crust with generous toppings all the way to the edge of the crust. Yum! I’d like to hang out inside next time I am here. It’s a place I could tell I’d feel comfortable and have a good time. Thank you for helping me end my week on a high note!

We went around 7:00 on a Friday night and were seated right away. We were met by the only waitress working. I didn’t get her name but she was a gem. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Made sure our table was ok after giving us our choice of several. She did an excellent job of waiting on everyone as the place was over halfway filled. The bar was pretty well attended as well. By hearing a lot of interaction and conversation It was obvious this is a local joint with a lot of regulars, that being said we did not feel uncomfortable or out of place. Now onto the food. The menu has a lot of pub fare but we had heard about the pizza so we ordered a small half cheese, half pepper and onion. The peppers and onions were cut small the way we like them. The crust was light, tasty and the entire pie was not too greasy. It stood up so I couldn’t describe it exactly as a New York style but it isn’t Greek, it isn’t South Shore Bar, it stands as its own. We thought it might be the best pizza (not including Austins in Dennis which is bar pizza so they are almost like apples and oranges) that we have had on the Cape since we bought our house 6 years ago. We also ordered small garden salads to start. They had plenty of lettuce, onions cucumbers and tomatoes in a small bowl that was full. I don’t think I’ve had this many tomatoes in a restaurant salad in 10 years. Sometimes nowadays you get one cherry tomato in a salad. There were also no olives or chunks of cheese in it which happens a lot today but not to my liking. We were very pleased with everything and especially the service. We will...

Ordered a 18" cheese pizza to be safe. I usually do that when trying something new. It was fine. The sauce was fantastic but the crust and cheese were OK. I ordered this as take out. My friend ordered 10 minutes before me by phone as well. His order was completely lost and we ordered it almost 40 minutes before picking it up because there was a 35 minute wait over the phone. There wasn't that many people in the restaurant as we arrived. The young man at the counter seemed very kind and understanding, even though everyone working there seemed lost/confused. I understand this place is new. The restaurant was very clean, maybe next time I'll eat inside. Don't know if I'll do take out again or I'll wait until it's under control. Someone like me thinks the sauce is the most important thing on a pizza. I loved the sauce but the texture of the pizza was average. The price was too high for what I got. Figured I'd treat my family to a new pizza spot. My dad and sister also thought the pizza...
