McDonald's — Restaurant in Yarmouth

Just went through McDonalds Drive Through in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. When I Got Home and Looked at My Daughters Chicken Wrap I Was Disgusted with what I Saw. There were what to us looked like dried Flower Petals in The Wrap. We had ordered this wrap just Chicken, Bacon and Cheese no Lettuce, no Tomato and No Cukes. My Premium Chicken Sandwich Looked like a Burnt Piece of Chicken with mayo and 1 slice Tomato? Unacceptable to say The Least. I Packed them up and went to store Manager. She said the Flower Petal was a Carrot...I Pointed out what carrot looked like not flower petals. The Premium Chicken sandwich I Showed her I Told her My Dog Wouldn't eat this. She told me That's the way WE MAKE THEM...I Pointed out which was next to me What Your Premium Chicken Sandwich looks like and not even close to what i received. I Very Sorry to Say Not Going To Mac's Ever Again. This is not The First Time This Has Happened,but this time I'm Very Disgusted with The Company. I Been a Chef for 30 Years if I Sent food out like This I Would have Been Fired. It would seem as though there absolutely no community feeling or decent customer service here at this particular mcdonalds. I like the coffee as it actually tastes good & the price excellent. ($1.07 as of this date 1/1/2018) l notice they seem more & more desperate to get people to use the automated kiosk. I went there today about 2:30 when it was not busy & l was the only customer. The server insisted l use the automated kiosk although l was the only 1 there. (including drive through) l said no, l'd rather not to which the girl behind the server broke out into handel's messiah hallilujah chorus which l though extremely rude. So, l got in my car (being the only customer) & placed my order in the drive through which was the only was to get any service. I don't like little games. This was not a good way to start the new year. I wont be going there anymore if the service is like this.l will say the severs in wakefield mass are extremely professional, friendly & helpful. tried again - they have done this 2 times to me already, if you order a meal they will intentionally upcharge you by listing the items individually and you dont get the discount.....this has happened more then once....this place is not ok

Ordered the 2x breakfast sandwiches for $4.99....On the MENU lady on the intercom says you want 4 sandwiches, I say no I want the 3x sandwiches for 4.99 The screen still shows 2x orders for 4.99 I state I only want 2 sandwiches to which she hastily says yup pull up I pull up they tell me $10 I say I want the 2x sandwiches for 4.99.... The girl goes and gets the manager (The manager is theSame girl that took my order btw) And she stands in front of the cash register looking at it perplexed and states "We don't have that promotion anymore sorry it's $10) I say it's on your menu.....
