We ordered take out, an antipasto we received a mixed green salad wilted and soaked in vinegarette, see the posted picture of this places version of “antipasto” angel hair pasta and meatballs and fish and chips. The restaurant atmosphere was nice, I am pretty sure the meatballs and fish were pre prepped frozen, the pasta was over cooked and sticky and the spaghetti sauce was not authentic chef cooked sauce, honestly it tasted like cheap jarred sauce, they couldn’t even get the bread right it was really dry and chewy my best guess is that the bread was day old chabatta bread. We were completely unimpressed, we will never go back. Certainly not worth the 50+ dollars charged. If you are looking for authentic affordable Italian food, go directly across the street, it is authentic and impressive.

We had reservations and when walking up to the door we weren't even sure if this establishment was open. The restaurant was completely empty and no other customers came in while we were there. *The bread served was stale but the eggplant/ olive oil dip was great. *We ordered the 10" margherita pizza with no sliced tomatoes. It was decent. It does have big slices of garlic on it. *The side of meatballs tasted and looked like frozen meatballs. *The chicken parmigiana was just okay. The pasta was cooked perfectly though. *Ordered the kids penne pasta with a tiny bit of olive oil on it, stressed a few times just a little bit of oil, it came out swimming in oil. *The pasta sauce on the food was good.

Four Seasons has great Italian food and service that caters to you. We had the swordfish, sirloin and linguine with chicken in Alfredo sauce. Their bread and oil is amazing as good as their roasted garlic oil you can order with the homemade linguine. The chocolate souffle and pistachio cheesecake are great as well. The only criticism would be that as they took in more customers and filled the restaurant the service slowed with that which is understandable and shouldn't be a big negative overall our service was very attentive and focused on our experience. Definitely a place worth stopping and enjoying great food and service.

Went here August 25th we were sat pretty fast before everyone came . Server was not the best to be honest not happy gave us 1 A menu between my wife and I and three kids. The salad was Horrible and the bread was over toasted way over Toasted since we don’t like to complain we did not say anything we are waiting for the Entrée. Our kids pizza was OK my white pizza needed something was missing flavor, The worst is to come my wife ordered a seafood Risotto Not sure if the shrimp was bad or the sauce was bad but it definitely did not taste fresh. The food was horrible my wife barely even touched it . We made a complaint to the server she said the manager will come over. Me thinking a manager will say will sorry or Say something else but he told Ya everything is fine . We’ve been all over the world Europe, Mexico , Dominican Republic Florida California everywhere we know good Food. I told Manager I did not want a free meal but at least you could acknowledge that the food was not good you should even taste it and he did Nite said the shrimp is fresh I would not recommend this place to nobody unless you wanna just eat something quick and get a stomach ache. I ended up paying for the whole meal just to prove a point but this manager is horrible this place I would not recommend at all stay away. the manager has no customer service has to learn I think the only thing is keeping them in...

We were looking for something nearby for a quick bite and ended up here. Pasta is a treat for us these days, and this place didn't disappoint! The complimentary bread and oil was absolutely delicious, and followed up by the Oysters Rockefeller, it only continued to get better. My fiance got the chicken parm, which was phenomenal, and my eggplant dish was even better leftover.

Portions are huge, as to be expected with Italian lol, and quality was very good. My stomach has grown more sensitive these days and even coming off of my acid reflux medication, I truly did not feel bad after eating this red sauced meal.

The servers were friendly and personable. The place is small and a bit cramped inside, but that was really my only "criticism". That and they didnt have fresh cheese to grate, but came around with a bowl of the canned grated cheese (which I only mention since this is a review). It was very warm and humid indoors, so the hardworking servers appeared visibly warm, but it didn't effect their service. I know it's tough to magically make a space bigger, but it was also so crowded because it's so good. They did have an outdoor dining option as well which helps!

If you're feeling Italian on Cape, I definitely recommend!

**I cannot express enough, my stomach did not bother me at ALL after eating this meal, so that alone gets mega...

We went to dinner with 4 people in July to Four Seasons Tratooria. While the food was absolutely delicious, it was our waiter, Rui, who truly made the experience unforgettable. We did notice that the other staff members gave off a different vibe, which contrasted with Rui's friendly demeanor. The man at the door didn't seem to want us there. Despite this, Rui's outstanding service ensured our visit was still thoroughly enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, Rui's professionalism and kindness were evident. He greeted us warmly and ensured we felt welcome and comfortable. Throughout the evening, Rui's attentiveness and genuine care for our dining experience shone brightly. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring our every need was met with a smile.

I've eaten A LOT of Italian food and the food was authentic and delicious. I had the chicken parm with homemade noodles and it was great. However, it was Rui's exceptional service that elevated our meal from great to extraordinary. His dedication to providing an exceptional experience made the difference. He poured our wine and refilled our waters without an interruption. I hope they know how great of a waiter he is! It was like a fine dining experience and he made me feel like it was...
