Upon arrival we got superior service from the check-in personnel as we preferred a patio room. She went over and beyond to make the changes. Rooms were very clean. The good size INDOOR POOL was WARM & relaxing!!!!! A BIG PLUS for us. Outdoor pool was very nice with plenty of seating. The free breakfast buffet wasn’t replenished THE ENTIRE time we were in there nor the tables were being cleaned. We asked the breakfast staff if they could assist, she gave my husband attitude, said they ran out of potatoes. But why couldn’t she be out in the dining area cleaning tables, she gave us no reason why and it was like this every day we tried to eat there. Not sure how because it was midweek and the place wasn’t full. Sad to say, we had to eat elsewhere because in vacation you don’t want stress. This is why I gave “service” a 4. Everyone else was amazing. We HIGHLY would still recommend this place as the WARM INDOOR POOL was most important to us and arrival staff and maids were EXTREMELY PLEASANT to make sure we had an exceptional stay. They have a nice large playground. Grounds are impeccable. Family friendly. This is a AAA rated resort which is a plus on upkeep. You’ll be very pleased with choosing this resort at the Cape.

We were located on a first and second floor. The Handicap room floor (#134) hadn't been washed in ages. My sox were completely filthy. Spiders and bugs in both rooms. The day of checkout was a disaster. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9AM loudly and once again at approx 10:15. I had to remind the maids that checkout is at 11AM. When I stated that, the woman said "I know checkout is at 11AM". If you know then why are you harassing us at these ungodly hours. I finalized EVERTYHING AT 11:02 AM because I felt so pressured!! The handicap shower chair was literally falling off the wall. Then up in room 250 I called the front desk to inform them the water woudn't go down the drain. I did this TWICE with no fix. So if you like to shower and have filty bath water up to your ankles, by all means stay at this so called Wyndham Hotel. The outside of the property is well kept and looks really nice, but let me be the first to tell you that looks can be deceiving. I wouldn't stay here ever again for over $214/night (fees).

Courteous staff! Clean rooms! Our 2nd stay on first floor 2 queen beds- comfy! Good closet and drawer space. Small frig, good size tv. Sliders out to parking lot- easy access to get your things into hotel 2 pools inside and out Breakfast included Hot beverages and water always available in main lobby. Gazebo outside- you can eat at, many tables. Lots of recline chairs by pool. Hot tub and sauna awesome! Towels provided at main desk are pretty small. AC works great Close to everything on Rt 28 Bass River Beach- Smugglers, 220 South St S Yarmouth-close by, $25 park for day- can use tix at other state beach same day. Bathhouse, snack bar, overall nice beach-close parking. Skipper Chowder house right down the road...excellent steamers, chowder, scallops and lobster rolls. Gets busy- no reservations taken- free overflow parking across the street for dinner. Also has ice cream shop! Easy check in at hotel. Recommend to tip daily as each day is a different housekeeper

I was very excited to be able to book a double queen room for a last minute family trip to Cape Cod. We usually rent VBRO, but due to the last minute nature of this trip, we decided to go with a hotel w/ indoor/outdoor pool. We arrived at 10:30pm, I found dried fried rice on the spare pillow in the closet, but I did not complain at that hour. I just asked for an extra pillow case the next morning to change it myself. (I was informed at check in that no cleaning occurs while guests are checked in, just between visits, due to Covid precautions, they only take the trash and swap out towels daily. Totally understandable.) Day two, we saw a cockroach crawling on the tiles by the sinks. I took a picture, and went down to the desk. I was told they never have cockroaches, until I showed them the picture. They sent someone to spray the area we saw the cockroach while we used the pool. I also noticed that there was blood on the shower curtain, which is a health concern - so I brought that to their attention the 2nd morning of our stay. I was told it was certainly rust, until I showed them the picture I took. Blood, coupled with the fried rice on pillow and at least one cockroach, huge cobwebs, etc. indicates that this room has not been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. Clerk agrees the room could use a deep clean. There was hair in the sausage at breakfast that morning as well, I did not bother reporting this, but we left and went to Dunkin instead. We witnessed two other guest injuries on the decking surrounding the outdoor pool, one child punctured his foot on an exposed nail, and another guest tripped and fell on a loose board. It appears that the hotel is understaffed and reactive to complaints instead of proactive in cleanliness and property maintenance. On the 3rd and final morning of our stay, my adult children were swimming in the indoor pool when they noticed what appeared to be fecal matter floating in the pool filter. My daughter informed the front desk. They did send maintenance to check. He removed the cover to the filter basket, pulled the basket, and immediately covered whatever he found in the basket with faux moss from a nearby potted tree, so that the kids nearby could not see what was in the basket, he then dumped that in the trash. He continued to check the other filters around the pool, and dumped those, without burying the contents in moss. I approached and asked if my kids were correct in what was in the first filter, and he was insistent that it was hair - I asked why he hid it with moss then, he got upset and said it was hair, and if I thought he wasn't telling the truth I could check the trash myself. I said that wasn't necessary, but I was concerned for the health and safety of all the kids in that pool if it was fecal matter (They did not remove the hotel guests from the pool to do their inspection/maintenance). He went and got a front desk employee, told her what I said, she came and told me it was hair, even though it made no sense why he would have hidden what was in the filter w/ moss. She also offered to have me inspect their trash. I declined and we left the pool area, and checked out. I feel as though we became the family that cried wolf on the issues we encountered, and after the cockroach complaint, they probably felt like we were looking for a free trip. Not the case, I wanted a summer getaway w/ my family that was safe and clean. I didn't get that. When I asked for our room rate to be compensated due to the cockroach problem, I was told "It's only ONE roach, ma'am." and I got a $50 credit on my bill. I had 6 loads of laundry to do when I went home, as every single thing we brought home had to be washed in hot water so their cockroach problem does not become our problem in our home. Please, choose a...

I have never written a google review for anything but had to share. My family and I have been going to the Cape for over 20 years, as a kid I have driven by All seasons resort admiring how nice the resort looked. Looks are deceiving….. we had a 4 day stay here, front desk staff was personable, breakfast was decent. This “resort” has no towels by the pool and very limited towels and linen for the rooms. There were two standard size pillows on each bed and the bed frame it self was cheap and flimsy. Mattress was decent. Unlike other reviews are AC worked but the television was broken. You can tell in had been dropped and the screen was damaged internally but that was quickly replaced.

Room appears clean but after watching the cleaning staff operate during the course of our stay we wonder if the linens are changed after each visit.

We have stayed at numerous hotels and have a good grasp on services to be expected. We don’t need the cleaning staff in our room everyday, if we need something we can usually just ask the staff and are simple requests are accommodated. After day two we asked the cleaning staff for new sheets and towels. She told us she didn’t have any towels and gave us one flat sheet. She asked for our used towels and we went about our day. We returned in the evening and still had no towels in our room. Easy solution we thought knowing the laundry area is by the pool my wife went down to the laundry area and grabbed 3 clean towels for the room. The manager/owner literally followed her back to our room and demanded with a pointed finger we give him the towels back and stated it was a busy weekend and they needed them back. He was extremely argumentative and screaming at my wife about the towels. Mind you our two little kids were in the room, we couldn’t believe what was happening. He then proceeded to show us his cell phone pictures on how few towels they had in the laundry area. We told him this was not our fault and couldn’t believe we were having this very loud argument in our doorway about towels! We invited him into the room to show him we weren’t looking for extra towels, we didn’t have any. He wouldn’t come in, we asked him to please leave and couldn’t believe what just happened. Having stayed at many hotels we could not believe the audacity of management to have such a senseless argument about towels. Very unprofessional and made my wife and kids very uncomfortable. To end the stay, that night my brother went into his room and found a roach on his bed. He put the bug in a cup and brought it down to the front desk. He received a credit for the last night but packed up and left with his kids. We left first thing the following morning in disgust. The Cape itself was a great time as usual but this resort was very disappointing to...

Minor Problems but good value The hotel is in a great spot inbetween Yarmouth and Dennis. The cape cod creamery is right next door. You can walk to it. The Hearth n Kettle is right across the road. The hotel itself has an indoor/outdoor pool. We were not able to use the outdoor pool due to it being April and cold out. The indoor pool was great there was also a hot tub. The hot tub was as nice. There is locker rooms with sauna’s. The pool area is very big with plenty of chairs and tables to sit. My only complaints with that was there was little towels left to use and they were small and rough. Not that big of a deal. Also the flooring in the pool area was coming apart and there was little pebbles in certain places that were loose and hurt when you stepped on them. The lobby was clean and neat with sitting areas. They had a breakfast bar that was also clean. It had waffles, coffee, tea, juice, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, toast, muffins, and danish. It was clean and had many tables. The room was nice it was on the first floor with a walk out patio to the courtyard. It has two chairs outside with a mini table. The view was nice. The inside of the room was nice. There was a couch and table. Then a desk and chair. Everything worked in our room. The bed which was a king did make noise when you moved or got on and off of it. Again not a big issues as we don’t move much when we sleep so it did not bug us. The bathroom was clean. It had shampoo and conditioner containers on the shower wall but they were empty. But the hotel did supply shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soap and a bar. Also they had body lotion. Our towels were not an issues there was plenty and house keeping changed them out the next day. The only issue in the room was ants we didn’t have them when we came in but when we came back the first night there was mini ants crawling around the sink floor and into the bedroom. My parents in the next room also had the same issue. We went down to the office told them and they came and sprayed the room and it wasn’t an issue again. We also wanted a late checkout and it was given to us since we had the issue. The room itself looked clean had extra pillows and a blanket in the closet. My parents screen door to there courtyard room was not moving correctly it kept getting stuck but nothing a little grease can’t fix. Overall it’s not bad for the price you pay minor things happened but for being out most of the day and just using it for sleep it does it job. I have stayed there twice already and...
