I have never in my life been talked to so disrespectfully by another person as the manager did to me this evening. After terrible service from the waitress and patience running low I asked to speak to the manager. Only two of the three meals came out and when I asked for the third it was clear it wasn't ordered. Only one of the two salads came out with the entrees instead of as an appetizer. The second salad came out repeatedly wrong. When I asked for the correct dressing the waitress went to take orders instead of fixing the issue. Five minutes later she returned with the wrong dressing again. When the manager came over I tried to explain that this what we ordered (referring to my son's salad) and my food was never ordered. She snapped, yelling at me because I was being sarcastic and rude. I explained I wasn't but we got the wrong food. She Said they had only one chef and what did I want her to do. Again said I wasn't aware of the chef situation just didn't have the right order. She was escalated and loud. Said what do you want me to do. At this point my answer was nothing. She stormed off. I was not stooping to that level. I completely understand short staffed restaurants and that wasn't the issue. I didn't complain about the wait time just the fact that my order was repeatedly wrong. I just wanted it corrected. That is all. The food was terrible. A steak frites sounded mouth watering on the menu but the description didn't match. First it was not a flat iron steak instead a round piece of meat no larger than the palm of your hand. We didn't even discuss it with her because she looked at my mom whose dish it was and said what is your issue. What? Is this how a manager speaks to a customer?

As we were leaving a family that was waiting for their table at the front asked if it was good. We said no and that I have never been talked to like that before. Their response was that they felt a bad attitude from the manager as they waited for their table. They walked out.

To owner of the restaurant...... your "manager" is ruining your business. So disappointed. Zero for...

We (wife and I and two children) called ahead for take out. They originally set the expectation of a 10 minute pick up wait which turned into an additional 10 once we arrived which we didn’t even bat an eye at since 10 minutes seemed super quick for our order anyway. My first thought when picking up was how fun the interior was with their ship themed interior. We received our food and were on our way. Got back home and realized they never packed our crab cakes. Not awesome, but it can happen anywhere you order out from and I should have checked the bag before leaving. I called to let them know it wasn’t in the bag and they said “no problem, we will have them ready in 5-6 minutes”. No apology. Whatever, I just want the food I paid for. It took me about 10 minutes to get back to the restaurant, so not the end of the world, but then they tried to charge us for the crab cakes because “it wasn’t rung up”. They read our order back to us when we ordered and 100 percent read back the order correctly including the crab cakes. I basically told her how crappy it was that they were trying to charge me for their mistake and that I had to drive back while missing dinner with my family, for my portion of the dinner we ordered. In the end, she went back and talked with the manager and I wasn’t charged.

Overall the food was mediocre for the price, and service matched that as well.

The only thing saving this from being a 1 star review was that they did the right...

Owner was very unprofessional when when it came to remaking a frozen beverage. 1st it came to the table not even frozen, then when it went back for the 2nd time she was very rude about it and snotty with customer rather than just saying hey I apologize you dont like how I make my beverage perhaps try another drink.. nope instead I've never seen an owner so unprofessional towards a customer who was seated with a family of 7.. Waitress was sweet but needs more training in waitressing. Asked for a cup for beer and didnt receive it until beer was already gone. Never got other drink that was asked for. Asked for water twice before getting it in a plastic cup and then told there were no more glassware when there was a bar full of them.. place was dead so not like she had a bunch of people to take care of. Food took forever to come when a party our size arrived After us yet got served and left before we got ours. Had to ask for lights to be turned on because couldn't even see what we were eating it was so dark. Had I known it was gonna be like this I would have spent my money elsewhere. Food itself I will say was pretty good although a bit overpriced. I'll never return here while...

I'm very positive when I go to try a new place and especially if nobody recommend me. So, this place is nice indoor and outdoors but the menu has not many choices and everything is so expensive. My suggestion would be: choices of sides, almost everything is served with French fries and I know how is the culture, but pay too much por a lot of French fries doesn't make sense. My drink, Pineapple Margarita, was not good. But, we found this place available on holiday (weekend of Independence Day) and I guess why... And the worst: My son asked for fish and chips and he got sick (stomach). Thanks God we found peptobismol in a convenience store and he felt better the next day. But obviously he couldn't eat his breakfast.

This is a woman-owned restaurant and it's a nice Cape Cod experience. There is an open air back porch with 4 and 6 tops, umbrellas and over looks a small marina. The interior aesthetic is wood, no-frills, nautical, and the bar is a ship! There are cute little indoor penny fountains and you walk over a small bridge to get to the dining room. There are comedy shows (didn't stay for it) with a small stage and there isn't a bad seat in the place for this. We got the fried clams and the baked cod. We were VERY pleasantly surprised. Tasted great, generous portion and our waitress Judy was such a huge help. We'll be back!
