I passed by this place many times. thought it was only a coffee stand. boy was I surprised you need to check it out for yourself. You should check it out have a meal. Enjoy the positive vibes that make you feel like you're kind of at home. And you are supporting a small family-owned business that's been in business for many years. Better to support them, than the giant Monopoly systems that are trying to destroy the entire way of life and consolidate all the power into the hands of elite multi-billionaires. With Family Owned Small Town Businesses, you are not just a number on a piece of paper, you're an actual human, it means a great deal more.
I honestly couldn't tell the place was open and I honestly thought it was just a coffee shop I didn't know it was a diner and not only do they serve diner food such as hamburgers and fries and whatnot they also have a Chinese food menu and probably more. There's special was very good it was reasonably priced I think it was $12 for deluxe double cheeseburger, fries and a drink and it was very good. The inside of the restaurant was pretty interesting they had lots of different things to look at, that's for sure. it had that home type of feel to it like it just felt good in there. You could feel the positive energy of the area. I just wish that they had more signage to kind of indicate that they were open because the door that was the open door didn't even have a sign that was technically there that said it was open but the sign that was on the front locked door or at least I believe it was locked said that it was open but that door appeared to be locked so I looked for another door and I turned the handle and it was open. Felt like I'm kind of breaking an entry because It don't seem like it's open, but then, as I opened up the door, relieved it was open. LOL. I will definitely be returning again. Probably stop by for some...
Read moreThis used to be one of my favorite coffee shops in Yelm. After this last experience, i will not return. My wife found crumbled up staples in the bottom of her frappe. Not only is that ridiculous it could have been deadly if ingested. When we returned it customer service seemed to not be present. They could of offered a gift card for a free drink or something. I work in customer service. You make it right with the customer so they return. They just said we dont use staples here so it couldnt have been us. And said what do you want from us? Whether or not it was them or not you bite the bullet and make it right with the customer. They said the owner would call us to speak with us and it never happened. I would have taken a sincere apology and a free drink voucher and been on our way. But it seemed like we had to beg to get anything out of this business. Customer service reflects your business and it was not good. So 1 star. You've lost our...
Read moreEvery time my husband and I have gone here they mess up our orders and we end up throwing away our drinks because they taste terrible. I miss the one in Tacoma, the baristas there actually listened when we told them our drink orders. Very unimpressed and after our third try here with no success we won't be coming back. Waste of money! Asked for a strawberry, blue rasberry, cherry rockstar with cream and got some gross drink that has no strawberry and tastes like it has pineapple. My hubby got a purple mermaid with cream instead of lemonade and they put cream and lemonade.... Second time they have done this. Would not recommend. We spent eleven bucks just to throw our drinks away. 😒 Total waste of...
