I'm not usually very picky about what I order. If I were to order a banana-strawberry smoothie from McDonalds, for example, and they gave me a regular strawberry smoothie, or maybe they gave me the wrong size, I'll just accept it. But I am vegetarian, and I always make it very obvious when I'm ordering that I want NO MEAT. I ordered a rice bowl, specifically said "no meat" and when my bowl arrived, there was one random chunk of chicken in it, and as I searched around for more, there was little bits of ground beef, as if they tried to pick them out after they realized that there wasnt supposed to be any in there. So I picked them out and set them on the food tray & asked for a new bowl, explaining what happened, and that I was vegetarian. They apologized and made a new bowl for me, in which seemed fine, except for the fact that they tried saying that it wasnt beef, just pieces of the beans, when I literally stared at the bits to make sure that they werent the beans, and I asked the people I was eating with if it was beef and they confirmed it. But I let it go and ate half of the new rice bowl, carefully making sure there was no meat. I put the rest in a to-go box, which I opened a few minutes ago so I could continue eating. And guess what I found but a chunk of ham? It's almost like they intentionally put it in there, like they were mad that I made them redo it or something. Because if I was a cook, and I realized that I messed up someone's order, I would make sure that I made it right the second time. I'm so disgusted. If you are a meat-eater who doesn't understand why this is such a big deal, imagine if someone were to sneak bits of dog or horse meat into your food. I'm sure you would be disgusted. Order something with no meat at Wingbonz and you get 3 different types of meat chunks hidden...
Read moreSave yourself an hour of waiting for cold food that's not even correctly ordered. When we initially walked in this past weekend we sat at a dirty table for 10 mins waiting on a waitress to notice us. A loud phone ringing off the hook was the first thing i noticed wondering if anyone was working. When we were finally greeted, she brought one menu for 4 adults. Apologized for the inconvenience as they were all at other tables. The table ordered beers and ended up having to wait 10 mins for them to wash the glasses. The beer was luke warm due to the glass not being cold. Sat with empty glasses for about 15 mins with no waitress in sight. She finally shows up at the table and stinks of cigarette smoke. We ask how long on our food order and confirms a few more mins in reality that meant 25 more mins. We ordered another round and again, wait another 10 mins to get luke warm beer. No silverware or plates were provided when we recieved our meal. My husband and i split an order of wings and i had to use a napkin as my plate. Our friends order was wrong when it came out, but after waiting so long to get it they just ate what was served. Would have enjoyed ketchup with my fries, but no waitress in sight. Waited about 15 mins for our check to be separated. When recieved, we were overcharged for sauces we didn't order or receive. I think the waitress had her hat on too tight cutting off circulation to her brain because I've never had such bad service in my life. We won't be back nor would we recommend wasting money...
Read moreBy far the worse experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered dinner for my family to-go which consisted of two bacon cheeseburgers with fries and onion rings chicken tenders with onion rings and a philly sandwich with onion rings . They literally screwed up every order and it had to be the kitchens fault as the guy that took my order read everything back and it was correct not a difficult order by any means the only alteration we made was no Mayo which didn’t matter as there was mayo on both burgers that also didn’t have the bacon both were undercooked and the buns were dry as could be I mean falling apart dry the fries were cold and every order of onion rings were literally a clump of breading half fried that tasted like dough and flour the chicken tenders were cold hard and dry as well. I highly recommend reconsidering dinner tonight and pick another place to dine. This place was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I then called to try and inform them that kitchen was not performing well, I asked for a manager and the same woman that answered then said she was the manager after I heard them chatting in the background that they remember my number from the caller ID, highly unprofessional and horrible customer service. I can confidently confirm that I will never...
