Wow! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hungry Howie’s, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warmest and friendliest staff, who made me feel right at home.

Pizza was very cold, I literally live 3 miles down the road and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get my pizza. I would have drove myself to pick up the pizza but I just got back from the lake with my family and I had a few alcoholic beverages so wanted to play it safe and not drive. I still have the pizza in the boxes I spoke with the store manager Javarri and he wanted to only give me a 5% discount on a future order after me telling him that I still have the pizza in the boxes and I can bring it back. The pizza literally tasted like cardboard with sauce! Absolutely awful! Mind you the delivery driver was a door dasher so I paid $8 through hungry Howie's for the delivery and then gave the delivery driver a $5 tip. Not sure why hungry Howie's doesn't have their own delivery driver. The delivery driver stated he just pulls up to the window when they give him the order to pick it up and he stated the reason it was so late was because of the store. All I asked the store manager for was a large pizza do to the fact the first large pizza had bites taken out of the pizzas but wasn't ate do to how cold and awful the pizza was. If this doesn't get resolved I will no longer come back to this location. If this gets resolved I don't mind coming back to this review and deleting...

Absute joke. I would give no stars. ordered 2 pizzas...waited forever...went outside to have a smoke and saw our 2 pizzas sitting on the ground!! no knock, or notification from the driver...apparently they use third party delivery when they're busy...I called back and they had no answers other than if I wanted a refund I could drive my 2 pizzas up to their location!! all I asked for was for the delivery charge to be refunded, but they refused. woman on the phone was incompetent and the man i spoke to was rude and insulting. I have worked customer service my entire life and have never received worse service. never patronizing this place again.
