I've never been so disappointed in the way I was treated by this place. They claimed they could not find my location. Roughly 40 min after my food was supposed to be delivered I received a text saying that they could not find my location. I attempted to contact the number, no answer. I texted the number asking where they were so I could help. Their response was "I was there almost an hour ago. Your order has been canceled....."So they canceled my order and failed to notify me about that until I contacted them. I guess I don't understand how someone can't find a location but at the same time was there an hour prior. I tried to reorder and they declined my order with an email claiming I was outside of there delivery range. I called customer service and they claimed that they where too busy to fill the order. So three different excuses on why they can't drop off a pizza. This was at roughly midnight on a Wednesday so I question the "too busy" excuse. Nothing against Benito's pizza but this location is clearly incompetent. And for reference this is not a drunken rant. I work a midnight shift and was trying to treat my crew to a midnight pizza lunch. This is the last time I'll ever try to use this location. Read moreI sure hope they were just having a bad night, because tonight was bad. First when I called in to place my order I was put in hold for a whIle and then hung up on, same thing happened the second time I called. Finally the third time I got ahold of someone and placed my order, I was I formed it would be longer than 45 minutes but not that it would be close to 2 hours to receive my order.
When my order came it was super cold, the guy didn't have a receipt and told me my order was way more expensive then it actually was, but that was okay. The order was wrong, the pizza wasn't what I ordered and everything was the wrong size but I just dealt with it.
I never do this, but I called the manager to request the rest of my order me brought to me and told her about some of the issues I had. She was pleasant and sent a driver to deliver the rest of my order but the guy confronted me in a loud tone and basically called me a liar when he arrived at my front door. It was really uncomfortable so I just walked away from the situation.
I understand being busy and stressed since I worked in the food beverage industry for years but under no circumstance should a customer ever be yelled at like that by a worker.

Read moreI ordered a BBQ chicken pizza today (Mon. 12/11/17), which usually comes topped with mozzarella cheese, but much to my chagrin there was cheddar instead. The guy on the phone never specified to me that the pizza came topped with cheddar. When I asked if they could possibly remake it, he said no and that if he did I'd have to pay double for his miscommunication, or lack thereof. Had tried to put all of the blame on me and continuously argued with and insulted me. I tried calling to see how he handles customers on the phone, and I tried getting his name, but he continuously hung up on me (4 times in fact without even seeing who it was; I could have been another buying customer). This was a really disappointing experience, and the guy should definitely be reprimanded for is behavior.
If management happens to see this review: The guy has long brown hair in a ponytail, wears glasses that make his eyes look big, and has a goatee. I was unable to take down his name as previously stated, but please have this man reprimanded. He has done a disservice to customer service...
