The smells of freshly made drip coffee and the espresso bar incise your senses! The baristas welcome you and are very friendly. The inviting atmosphere of this new coffee hangout makes you want to stay all day! There is plenty of seating for a solo hang or if you want to meet up for a hang out session with your friends. The unique indoor outdoor feel of the new renovated repair garage sitting area supplies beautiful natural light. The hand crafted large plank wooden tables make the space feel warm and cozy. Looking around this room you will be able to spot some of the former mechanics tools that have been retained as a reminder of the buildings form use. The outdoor space is perfect if you want to bring your dog for a walk and have a coffee outside! On our first trip we ordered a oatmilk vanilla latte and a hot chocolate the first time we went. Both were amazing! The second time we went the order was again an oatmilk vanilla latte, as I want to see if the consistency of the latte would be the same as the first time, the second time did not disappoint! Both oatmilk vanilla lattes were made with a very well rounded and smooth espresso beans. The frothy oatmilk was complementary to the smooth flavor! We also ordered a lavender latte that was made with decaf espresso to change it up. The lavender latte still amazing even though it was decaf! The rich espresso beans and fragrent lavender flavor made an unbelievable combination! This is an awsome addition to downtown Ypsi and I can't wait to return to see what other latte flavors they will have to explore!!

**A Cozy Haven in Ypsilanti - Cafe Liv** I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cafe Liv in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and I can confidently say it's a must-visit, even though I'm not a coffee drinker myself. The owner's incredible warmth and friendliness make you feel right at home the instant you walk in. While I've heard nothing but praise for their coffee, their selection of teas is where they truly won me over. The variety is fantastic, from robust black teas to soothing herbal blends, all served with an attention to detail that elevates each cup. The ambiance is just as delightful, cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends. The owner's enthusiasm for both coffee and tea is contagious; baristas are happy to guide you through their menu, ensuring you find something you'll love. Even though I don't partake in coffee, I can vouch for the quality and care put into every beverage here, based on the satisfied smiles around me. Cafe Liv is more than just a place for a drink; it's a community space where you're treated like family. If you're ever near Ypsilanti, this is the spot to enjoy some exceptional tea or, as I've gathered, some of the best coffee around. Highly recommended!

The first time I came to check out Cafè Liv was on a weekend and they were so busy there was no street parking and from the outside, it didn't look like there were any available tables. I was a little bummed but also more excited to try them out since it looked like so many people love this place. Decided to give them a try on a Monday instead and was so happy with my experience! The lattes were absolutely incredible, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, vibes were immaculate, and even though a number of people came in while we were there, we still got a great seat by the big windows and got to enjoy the ambiance. We had a Toffee Crunch latte (blue cup) and a Chloe latte (green cup). Definitely a new favorite spot for us in Ypsi.

What a DELIGHT!! Me and my family tried cafe liv today after driving by a few times and it totally catching my eye. It was so lovely. The barista was so warm and welcoming, the place was immaculate and LOVED the little compliments - free little biscoff cookie and liv cafe sticker! The drink I had was a lavender vanilla latte (not officially on the menu but barista was happy to make it happen) and my husband had a simple vanilla latte. Once seated we even talked with a few other customers and let me tell you; that is rare. Nowadays, everyone is so consumed in their own world and in their devices they can not even share a smile or a hello. (I am 31 for reference on my generation 😜haha) anyway, it really made my morning to be here and I can’t wait to go back. What a treat to have a warm and welcoming environment/ staff AND very quality craft coffee. Grateful you’re here cafe liv and I pray for your great success as a business and in the...
