I am so incensed and I'm sitting in the parking lot of this damn place. This is what I got for supporting local businesses I just moved here 6 weeks ago for cancer treatment and I can't afford Financial mistakes. I own up to the fact that I am partially to blame for this but I hold them accountable as well that all they could do was say sorry they didn't give a damn what has happened. I am a very outgoing person and this morning when I bought a product that was $4.99, I was engaged in conversation with the people behind the register. The guy behind the register was returning home to Colorado and I shared with him how I was there last december. A few hours later I went to purchase gas in my card was declined. If they would have told me if the residents are I was paying $13.99 believe me I would have heard that cuz there's no way I would have done that. Evidently somebody took a product that was a different quantity than what I was purchasing and they put it in the wrong rat. My product was under the $4.99 sign. It does not pay to be nice. I should have kept my mouth shut and just done a financial business transaction. That is where I went wrong. One of the employees told me to speak to the owner and I knew it would do no good. Her response was have a pleasant evening and I left half of the product with her because it is of no use to me. I want nothing in my home to remind me of this place. I now owe my bank a $35 overdraft fee. I am here for cancer treatment and I am financially suffering. That is not the fault of anybody at this establishment but the lack of compassion and understanding...

The owners and associates are knowledgeable with an impressive work ethic! They are definitely focused on positive customer relations. The terrific reputation continues from the 1950s. My husband and I are very active 70 yr olds. When we need anything for our yard or working on our 110 yr old home, Ace Hardware is so close. MANY decades ago when I was 8 (and older) my Dad used to take me with him to purchase the many items that we needed for construction. I learned a lot from my Dad then, as well as the patient workers years ago and even now when my husband and I go there. The present owners have the materials needed and can tell us exactly where the items are located. Ace continues the small town atmosphere and employees make us feel like members of their family. Their smiles, sense of humor and conversations brighten our day. They are really helpful with many suggestions and guidance. This business is an asset to our town and the owner and associates are great representatives for their business. Thanks for being part of our lives!!! Recently inquired about a Toro Timemaster to replace my current mower. The product was on backorder, I made a simple request to be informed when one would become available. The mower showed up a week sooner than originally expected, I was notified immediately and the mower was already assembled and tested upon my arrival. Having used the Timemaster twice already, I greatly enjoy its performance compared to my former mower. No regrets!!

Bonus: The fact that they have a Service Shop means I’ll be bringing all my tune-ups and any other issues I have to them.
