The service gets worse and worse everytime. We called at 12:50 with documentation. We got our food at 2:15. We got no sauces and all the food was cold. I’ve ordered before and got horrible service. Saw a manager the next day, was given a refund and when I went to use it, it didn’t work. People are getting sick and tired of them. I’m going to order and show what happens everytime no matter what. The management is horrible and half the time you get somebody on the phone with a attitude. Just because your open later then everybody, you don’t get to treat people like you don’t care. I have plenty of pictures of food we received from them and you just have to deal with cause they take orders at 12:30 and deliver after they close. Look at the bad reviews....it’s horrible. I posted a picture of my wings. For some reason I have to edit and can’t add another review....but we received sauces later after calling back. It’s 2:55 now. And I left pictures. Pizza, a favorite for many. Let’s try to keep it positive. Cholesterol, gluten, dairy, nitrites does it even matter if the pizza is vegan or not? Guilty pleasures. Close your eyes and bite into the cheesy, soft goo that embraces you as the go-to comfort food pizza has become. There once was an acquaintance who made the best pizza crust from scratch, oh well. If you order regularly, once a month, NOT once a week, you do you, there is some familiarity with the workers du jour and they’ll attempt to make your pizza to specifications, especially if you tip 25% - living wage anyone?? Post Covid, we appreciate all workers, who should earn a living wage, have benefits, flex schedules and most certainly work from home if possible and wanted. The WORSE CUSTUMER SERVICE EVER! Overpriced food and WILL SCAM YOU on your order. I use to order food for delivery from them. BUT NEVER Again!!! The food is greasy, gross, and overpriced. When ordered small pizza, hot dog and chicken wings it ran to $28, I was told that it will be half an hour to deliver, but it took an hour. When I looked at my order, something was missing... It was only 1 box instead of 2. I asked the delivery guy, and he said everything should be in there and took off. When I checked, the chicken wings were missing. This never happened to me with any delivery service, EVER. I called back Mr. Pizza and they said that they will send the chicken wings to meat in 30 min. It was already very late and I said I was not interested and would like my money back. Mr. Pizza stated that they dont give a refund. They basically scamed me ofmy money.
