Customer service today is completely absent. I walked in and no one was at the register. I could hear people cursing in the kitchen talking about how many orders they had. There was an elderly woman in line in front of me and the eventual cashier told her the cost of the pizza. She held out the cash for a full minute while he prioritized putting her items in a bag over taking the money. He didn't thank her and seeing her walk away from such a negative experience made me really sad.
I was next in line and there seem to be a malfunction with the cash register. The cashier put both hands on his head and grimaced and frustration, ordering someone in the kitchen to come out and take care of the issue for him. He went to the back and either through or dropped metal items on the floor again, venting about how busy he was. The person who ended up helping me spoke so quietly I couldn't hear him, and probably didn't think me on my way out either. I go here about once a week, and because the staff is young it feels like a college vibe which is fine, but today it was just straight up disrespectful. No one should feel stressed out picking...
Read moreRecently, my family and I received three gift cards. When I called the 888 number on the back of the cards, it confirmed a balance of $10 on each. However, when I attempted to use them at the store, the employees informed me there was no balance on the cards. I suspected an issue with the magnetic strip. Despite visiting three different locations (Packard, Washtenaw, and Holmes Rd), no employee offered a solution or seemed to care.
Initially, I didn't think this would be a major issue, but I encountered extremely unprofessional and unfriendly service at these locations. As someone who rarely complains, I felt compelled to share this due to the disrespect I experienced.
I’m not the type of customer who says, “I’ll never come back,” because my kids love your pizza. However, I do expect better customer service. I understand the staff may be busy, but overhearing conversations about their weekends or complaining about customers is not acceptable. Little Caesars corporate should consider retraining some of their employees.
Thank you...
Read moreI'm a long time customer of Washtenaw little caesars even before the new owner purchased the building. 3-1-19 I made a stop into the store I attempt to use my FREE CRAZY BREAD coupon with the purchase of ANY PIZZA I was told by the rude and UNEDUCATED manager that he wouldn't honor my coupon because my purchase of a lunch combo wasn't considered a PIZZA, a lunch combo is made up of a 20oz pop and a DEEP DISH PIZZA I was totally blown away by this how did you become a so called manager and OBVIOUSLY you have no idea what a pizza is. He continues to tell me that I can't use my coupon or speak to the owner than he decides to ask another manager (CHRIS) who has always been polite and CHRIS says sure I would honor the COUPON "ITS A PIZZA". Please beware of the so call manager he's more PERSONAL than BUSINESS there was a lobby full of potential customers waiting to be served as he created such a TERRIBLE scene. BEWARE OF THE DIRTY...
