Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yuba City

It would take up a whole page what is wrong with this store. I slipped in a freezer over a year ago at work I messed my back up so I couldn't cook. well for that year I at least ate there once a week. Through that year I could no longer order it online because they never got it right but that didn't stop there every time I showed up they would forget something frosting for the cinnamon sticks the brown sugar that goes on the cinnamon sticks sometimes I get all the way home 10 miles away before I would figure it out I just thought it would be a one or two times thing. Anyway I gained 70 lb during that year so the last three months I want on a diet I quit eating there I've lost about 44 lb. Tonight I decided that I was going to go off my diet and have a pizza so I go over there and wait and wait and wait exactly 11 minutes I called again in advance so when I finally got help they told me they didn't take hundred dollar bills. They never made an attempt to ask anybody in the floor working if they could give me five twenties. They made no attempt to get the manager they made no attempt to satisfy a customer that has spent enough money to game 70 lb. Well tonight I happen to be about 16 miles away so I wasted 32 miles 45 minutes out of my life to go to a company that doesn't tell anybody on any signage that they don't take cash. It doesn't end there so I pulled over halfway to where I was staying I called the manager and told him I wanted to collect on the pizza points that I had learned in the past year told me you couldn't help me. We rarely eat out but when we want to endulge, Domino's on Gray Ave, Yuba City is definitely a favorite especially with their 2 for $5.99 deal and great customer service! I hear people complaining about time, but they're doing the best they can. I worked my butt off at a restaurant years ago and some people aren't happy even when you're running around non-stop, doing everything you can! How'd you like to be yelled at when you did your best but unfortunately and naturally due to all the chaos you took a bit longer, the food got cold or you forgot something? It's okay to be upset about it, but don't be so hard on workers that have done nothing bad towards you purposely. I see them get lots of orders and they are always working, I respect their hard work and my family is always super happy with their quality and taste. Personally, we love this place even if they are a few minutes late sometimes their prices, quality and customer service has been great! There are more expensive places around here with poor quality and horrible customer service! We'll stick...

If you use the app you can expect to wait an extra hour for your pizza in store even though the app will say the pizza is completed. This is because the app for this store doesn't work all the time but if that's true why even have the app in the first place you are straight lying to customers if the app says your pizza is ready but when you get to the store you have to wait an hour for the staff to make the pizza. I also understand that it was a busy day but then why when I asked the staff there where my pizza was the only response I received was that it was coming out of the oven I had heard that three times over the hour I waited in store for my pizza. However, the staff didn't even make my pizza until I asked the third time since that was when they had realized they made me wait an entire hour for my food which was already supposed to be done when I walked into the store as I can 5 minutes after the app said my food was done.
