Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Yuba City

Absolutely the worst experience ever, I was told my pizza would be here at 5:19pm I ordered at 3:15pm I ordered anyway and here it is 6:30pm and my pizza is still not here. Anyway I decided to contact the store and see what was going on and the regular employee told me I should be lucky that on football sunday my pizza will come before 8:00pm. WOOW, can you believe that, I am supposed to be lucky to wait for 5 hrs for my pizza because of a football game. Next, I asked to speak to a store manager. Samantha the shift manager came to the phone. I explained to her that it has been 3 hrs since we ordered our pizza and it still has not come. Samantha responded that she was sorry and due to the football game things were backed up. She said that the driver was just leaving with our pizza and again she was sorry. Next, I asked would there be any compensation due to me waiting so long for my pizza. I explained that I was hungry and if I would have known I had to wait 3 in a half to 4hrs for my pizza I would have not ordered from there. She responded by saying am I trying to get free food? What an insult to my character. She was insinuating that I was a free loader. Not once did she consider maybe I should be compensated for my bad experience. Maybe I should be compensated for waiting almost 4hrs for my pizza. This is the worst round table pizza ever. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS...

Edit 2/5/24: came in today and they are doing this new "full service" thing. Have to be seated, they take your order at the table, bring you your drink, but you still get to get your own salad, but my server forgot to bring me the plate. Had to go ask after sitting for 15 minutes after ordering. I'm not a fan of this, I don't see any valid point whatsoever, and its honestly killing my desire to come back even more than I was already not a huge fan as I describe below.

I've been to this location a few times now. The food was great, the salad bar was well stocked and clean, the pizza fantastic. Only food complaint is occasionally the ranch dressing is watered down a lot, maybe because they are running low, but let's be honest, their ranch is one of the draws to Round Table! The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The one complaint I have there is I HATE the industrial look that seems to be so popular these days. Bring back the colorful and fun Roundtable of the 80's and 90's!! It's almost depressing to see all this industrial flat color, tons of grey and browns...

I've visited Round Table Pizza's since I was little anywhere from Southern California all the way up to Northern California and I have to say that this is one of the best Round Table Pizza I've been to. This is now about my 5th time visiting and the pizza, salad bar, and breadsticks is what I normally order, it's always fresh and very good. The one thing I love the most is that all the workers are always so friendly and they always notify me of the deals. Having a large family you're always concerned about how much you're going to spend and every time I'm not disappointed about how much I end up spending. As far as the atmosphere goes it's always very clean I love the high ceilings, it is roomy and the big tvs. I like that they have sections you can eat in.
