I often go and get donuts. Normally, I’m very well assisted they have great customer service The donuts taste great. However, today, June 7, 2024 is the last day of school for my kids. I had to have my mom take my kids to school for me So I asked her to pick up some donuts for my kids class for the last day of school. I’m on speaker because my families never been there so they’re not sure what to ask for so I’m listening to everything. My kids a little timid so he has a hard time speaking up and my mom first language is Spanish and speaks hardly any English. They seemed really irritable with them and rude refuse to speak to me so that I can tell them what the order was, which is fine. I can respect that yet. They were very rude and impatient with my son and my mom. He was trying to speak up to say what we were going to get and the staff wouldn’t let him finish. Since my mom noticed they were being like that with my son, she tried speaking up and they were very rude to her as well. I will not be getting donuts from them again. I did try calling a few times with no answer and left one voicemail to give them some feed back in hopes of this not happening to...
Read moreKrinkle donuts are the best donuts in town, but their staffing changed. It used to be so friendly, people would sit in there and play games/drink coffee but I don't see that anymore. The staff isn't great now. I went in and after beeing greeted with a "good morning" I said "good morning" and asked for a "dozen donuts, you pick." The attendant told me to wait a minute and continued stacking boxes. He asked me which donuts I wanted and I asked him to pick. For the past year a dozen donuts were $17; their menu still reflects this price but I was charged $19. The attendant told me that a round dozen is different than a mixed dozen and I said oh, usually I am charged $17, but that's okay and then he said "well the price went up." So, I still don't know why I was charged what I was charged; if it is because I didn't know to say "round dozen" or if it is because the price went up or if it is because the attendant was in...
Read moreFantastic Fritters! Excellent HUGE delicious fresh apple fritters. Crispy crunchy on the outside and soft and delicious inside.
Great low price! I’ve traveled all over the north west, and been eating apple fritters for over 50 years. Apple fritters are three dollars in Portland, these are only two dollars and they’re much larger, and better!
If you’re anywhere near, be sure to go to this great local business. Yuba City is lucky to have you.
Bonus: Krinkle Khickens- Driving through from Oregon, this is our first time experiencing the parking lot chickens. They were a fun...
