12/21/24 4:52PM Okay, Carlos at the register is absolutely AMAZING! The 5 stars honestly ALL go to him alone, he was so friendly as soon as we opened the door he welcomed us, helped us with our order, recommended stuff we ended up buying, he was so patient and accommodating. He also apologized for his rude coworkers and took care of us when we had the issues I'll explain below. Carlos, you are a gem and deserve a promotion at a better establishment. I hope you are appreciated at your job.
PROS: fresh food, packaged well, delicious, and clean place.
CONS: TERRIBLE accuracy and customer service FROM THE FOOD HANDLERS. They are rude and get orders wrong all the time. This time they conveniently forgot the most expensive item we ordered. I definitely wanted my missing item because it was the only item I was gonna eat and it was expensive. The food handlers were so rude and said they did not forget it but I told them to look at my food because it was clearly missing, but they didn't look and just begrudgingly gave me my missing item. I give them credit for preparing the food fresh and well but their customer service and accuracy was TERRIBLE. Read moreOne of the worst services I ever seen in a restaurant. I used to be a regular customer but now I am definitely not coming back here again. I placed my order today and once I got my order almost all of it was wrong. We called them and after 10 minutes of waiting, an employee shows up and we tell them what is wrong with our order and they made us wait for at least another 20 minutes before the manager (who is quite a rude person) comes and after that we asked for the replacement and after another 20 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and asked for a refund and guess what? we had to wait another 20 minutes just for them to give our refund back and even after I got my refund back, their was no apology from the manger. I know that fast food places can be some tough places to work at due to its fast pace environment but at the same time we as a consumer are paying for it and I can understand one or two things being missed but if you are going to screw up our entire order than it will be a problem. Personally I think if you want a value for your money or just need to eat a good meal, don't even bother to go here instead go to some other food places that actually cares about the customer. Read moreTwo stars because the cashier was super nice and worked with me to get what I wanted. So I walked in about 8:40ish trying to get a burrito. Now the one I wanted they don't make till 11:00. So the sweet cashier ordered a breakfast burrito but the style I wanted. The lady that was making my burrito got MAD at the cashier, why did you take that order that burrito isn't supposed to be made till 11:00. So what if you had to bend down to get some lettuce to make that burrito. I wanted it the way I want my food. I ordered what the menu had to offer with a little twist. Don't get mad at the cashier. The cashier did her JOB right I was a happy costumer till I saw the way you were throwing stuff on the burrito with a mean face. And honestly the burrito doesn't taste that good. She did a horrible job making it. Cashier you get 5 🌟 in my book. It's not your fault its that lady that made my food.
If I go back thank the cashier Taco bell....and have nicier people that make the food. And these guys are always out of everything seems like. Black beans they never have in stock. Ugh so done with with this place.
