Dairy Queen / Orange Julius (Treat) — Restaurant in Yucaipa

I ordered a birthday cake special order 3 days in advance for my sister. The cake was awful very unprofessionally done! The icing look like it was melting the border on top was not even touching. The colored flowers were fastly done/rushed, you could see the blue color in the purple. It was supposed to be purple and blue flowers. There was a splash of color on the side and on the top when the whole cake was just White. I can't believe that they wouldn't help me and they try to give my mom a good deal of only paying $20 for a unprofessional ugly cake!! I suggest no one ever order cakes from here go somewhere where you'll actually get your money's worth, that will actually look nice and what you paid for. I drove through here at 15 minutes till closing And the signs all said open but the lights were off and nobody would answer the speaker and I drove up to the window and waited and nobody came to the window no sign of life. So I started to drive away and I seen another car going back through there because I was at the laundromat in the same parking lot and I hear them answer on the speaker so I get around behind the car and they turn all the lights back on and that person in front of me orders like $40 worth of ice cream and I'm sitting here about to not be able to get to my clothes in time at the laundromat waiting for their ice cream to be done instead of already having my little order. My wife and I used to come here all the time as part of our date night. More than half of the time, they would mess up my wife’s order (adding peanuts when we specifically asked them not to). We were always willing to look past it, as it seems like a simple mistake. However, now they are refusing to support our local high school (a one high school town) by refusing to participate in the high school sports community cards that they have always been a part of. We are no longer willing to give our money to a company who refuses to support our local high school and student athletes.
