Mega Burgers — Restaurant in Yucaipa

We went there too try our old Philly and see how the food is,we ordered zucchini and it was 9.00 Dollars,as we were on our way to home Depot to return a tool rental I took out one burned my mouth, and they were so oil soaked I called them right away and told them what happened and that I would just like my money back. A girl named Anna said that she could not do that but they would make me another order. I said no. I don't want another order and would just like my money back. She said I would have to come back and talk to the manager. I thought that was ridiculous so I went in there after we return the tool that we rent it and she said she didn't know how to do a return on the machine register. I asked her you're not trained to do a return. She said no. Come back tomorrow and talk to the manager so I did He said absolutely not he would not return my money and they were very rude. If you can't back up your food then I find no use and going to a place. I can't even stand behind it stuff. Another I laughed the whole bag of zucchini with the girl so I was actually out the food . I noticed the most dirtiest rags they were using to wipe the grill. So my opinion I hope will matter

This was my first visit to the newly re-named Mega Burgers, after years of patronizing its predecessor Johnny's Phillysteak. The first change I noticed is that dine-in customers are now served at the table, including taking your order. Before, all orders were entered at the counter. Next change: New monitors with the bill of fare, replacing the former plastic lettering. The paper menus are new, too, and very colorful. The offerings run the gamut of mostly fried foods with some cold sandwiches, including a small selection of grinders and a few salads. I came in craving a good burger, so I chose the Double Cheese Combo ($8.50 plus $4.99). The presentation was nice (see my photo), the patties were large, the cheese slices were firm, and the bun was fresh. The generous portion of fries was well-cooked and was dusted with a seasoned salt that is heavy on paprika. The menu says they offer milk shakes but none were available on the day I visited. Instead, I chose an Orange Whip and took advantage of the unlimited, self-service refills. Service-wise, I was greeted by staff when I came in, directed to take any available seat, and my order was taken by a bilingual waitress, who was knowledgeable about the products. She delivered my meal and renewed my drink once, but was MIA the rest of the time. Cleanliness seemed up to par and some redecorating has taken place, but the upholstery on the booths has not been upgraded. Delicious,fresh and tasty was our breakfast experience at Mega Burgers located in the picturesque foothills community of Yucaipa California! This classic diner style restaurant featuring breakfast,lunch and dinners,we found that Mega Burgers is a great value for the quality and large portions! We visited for a sunrise breakfast and we're welcomed by the friendly waitress who offered suggestions being our first time their. We chose their breakfast special of 2 eggs,2 plump and juicy sausages,2 fluffy pancakes and the classic ham and eggs plate with freshly made (and perfectly done!) hash brown potatoes. Everything was ready in just a few minutes and was fresh and tasty! They bring it to your table and the server came back often to check if we needed more coffee-a great experience! They serve breakfast,lunch and dinner all day everyday starting at 6AM to 9PM. The restaurant ,with comfortable booths ,was sparkling clean as were the bathrooms,windows,floors ,drink and beverage area-live stream TV on 2 big monitors to keep up on the news! If you're in a hurry Mega Burgers also has a fast drive through line too!
