Cafecito — Restaurant in Yuma

I would have to give it another shot. It was my first time stoping by and had really good expectations. The place is really nice, indeed it is photographers kinda go to place. But my review is based on flavor, so let's get to it. As first time customer, I didn't know where to go to place my order, don't panic, it's kinda at the end of the hallway, if you enter from the main entrance, but if you enter from the yard, go thru the plants and it'll be at your left side. While I was in line, of course I was looking for the menu, hoping for it to have pictures and prices, but that won't happen. Then, I was looking at what other people was having, but didn't know the dish name. So I went safe and asked for oatmeal with fresh fruit and granola, it was delicious. And of course I had my coffee, I asked for the one that has cinnamon and "lechera" that is condensed milk. I was hoping for my coffee to be bold, since I mentioned the cashier that I love espresso based drinks. That didn't happened, it was a not strong cold brew,at my first sip I noticed lack of boldness, it wasn't bodied coffee, I tought it was because of the ice, that could've messed up with flavoring, or maybe the espresso wasn't fresh made. I didn't had antyhing to shake the bottoms, so I dranked just like that. I don't know, but definitely I'm going to give it another try, this time, I'm going to ask a different flavor. It was my first time trying this place and was excited since it had great reviews. I ordered the fresh bowl and a mocha coffee. I noticed they had a few pastries while I was ordering and asked the cashier what kind one was. She said it was a pumpkin bread. I asked if she knew what other ingredients it had and she looked at me like I was stupid and replied "pumpkin!". I proceed to pay and went to the restroom. The restroom smelled horrible and had feces everywhere around the toilet. I let her know and she rolled her eyes and said okay. Since the other restroom was busy I waited a few minutes but since no one went to clean it and the other person was still in there I went outside to wait for my order since I was told they'd come bring it to me. About 15 minutes later another gentleman came to bring me my bowl. I figured they were still working on my coffee. 20 minutes went by and I was done with my bowl so when I saw the guy who brought me my bowl I asked about my coffee. He said he'd bring it right out. A few minutes later the cashier that had taken my order came out and said I had never ordered it. Since I didnt ask for my receipt when I paid I was not sure if she charged me for it. Solid 3s this time around. Didn't stay long enough to go interact because I didn't have time. I ordered ahead with more than 30 minutes for them to prepare and it wasn't ready. I stepped aside so they could continue take my other guests and continue my order and waited an additional 10 minutes before I was asked again if I had been helped. They still hadn't begun my order. "Oh, yeah, one second let me check again on your order". Five more minutes pass, they see me waiting then start making it obvious that they were trying not to make eye contact. I finally ask for a refund to be placed back onto my card then someone from the back asks what's going on. They give me someone else's order then say, "oh wait, I made a mistake, let me remake you your order". Nope not today. Then after all this, a different guy comes out of the back and hands me "what I ordered". They never processed my refund, and 30 minutes later I finally walk out, disappointed with the service...drive another 1/2 hour back to work, open up my order and 🤦🏾‍♀️it's wrong.
