Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Yuma

Ordered Uber Eats from Church's Chicken tonight. They were added to Uber Eats this week so we where excited to order. We placed our order around 3 this afternoon. We had it scheduled for pick up between 5 and 5:30. It is currently 6:43 and my order is still in progress. I called Church's 12 times before someone answered the phone. WOW, that's just amazing that I had to call that many times over an hour to get someone to answer the phone. I am sure Uber Support was having the same issues contacting them. Finally someone answered the phone. I told this gentleman that I ordered from Uber Eats and my order should have been picked up between 5 and 5:30. He said no one stopped by there to pick anything up. I informed him that this isn't how Uber Eats works. He stated, "My manager said we would be getting Uber Eats but I don't think we have it yet". I informed him that you do have Uber Eats right now because I placed a $43 order. He called his manager and the manager of this place doesn't even know his/her Uber Eats is active. I reported them to Uber. I know this is something new but for no one to know that it is active really shows a lack of leadership, concern and/or care for this establishment. I am not eating...

As much as I love Church's today was not a good day..all those who have an app on their phone for any business..if that business is nationwide or otherwise sends/offer deals for a certain price then they should uphold that deal. It's a deal that I've used every month religiously sometimes twice when and if they send it out more than one. There were a few times they tried to say its not on the register but someone else would come over and find it with no problem. Then there are those times, no fuss whatsoever. So one day it's there then it's not. Today it's not there but the employee takes it a step further. They say "on the bottom of the page of the offer it says prices may vary." Though i disbelieve this statement, one that they are instructed to say in such cases, i paid their price because i love Church's more than any other. But i pulled up the app coupon again took a screen shot..there's no mentioning of prices may vary anywhere. So if they want to lie to save the store that loss of a dollar($1)..i can save my $8 or more dollars i was going to spend at that business for different business..that should go for any and...

Was ok but it's just as expensive as KFC & not as good or as good as I remember. You don't get a lot of food for the price you pay & the chicken breast or white meat as they say you have to pay $5 extra for the white meat chicken mix but the breasts are about the same size as the thighs, just disappointing really for how much they charge. I'd go back if I had coupons maybe but I'm not sure because it wasn't worth the price. Next time I'll just go to KFC because you get more for the same price & it's better. The church's chicken in FL was better & so was this one in Yuma but it's gone down hill since I last ate there 8 year's ago. So if you have a med to large family to feed look at KFC because it's the same price & you can always find coupons or they have specials going on. You'll spend the same amount but it's much better & the chicken breasts are 100% bigger. It really comes down to what you prefer. KFC also has $5 boxes which are great being you can get a full meal some even including a drink & theirs was around $7-8 I think. Yes they have specials too but you don't get as much even if you're feeding...
