My family loves eating out, and I have been SUPER busy lately, so I've been getting them McDonald's. I should probably be knighted by now with how much I've had to deal with. Instead of a quick, at least semi-delicious meal, I've had to deal with the following:
• I ordered my meal, got home and they had forgotten two of my burgers. I had to take a second trip for the food i had already paid for.
• Next day, my husband needed a quick lunch, grabbed him a combo and rushed home so he could eat before he had to get back to work. His burger bun was hard as a rock, he couldn't eat it. Had to drive back to McDonald's, get the burger fixed, then drive to my husband's work since by then he had already had to leave...
• Two days later, went and grabbed dinner. I asked for two extra burger patties on the side for my dog (yes he's spoiled). I check the bag to make sure there were the correct amount of burger boxes before heading home. Get home to find that all of our burgers were missing the patties with a stack of JUST patties in another box, AND they had not included the extra patties I had paid for, for my dog. I guess its on me for not inspecting my burgers before going home. Had to drive up again, get the meal replaced/fixed then drive back home to eat.
• Hubby hasnt been turned off by McDonalds yet by this point and i go back the next day for a "quick" lunch to go. They have me park to wait for his burger to finish cooking; its busy so whatever, at least i know he will have fresh hot food. Maybe 7-8 minutes later, i have the meal, check that it has patties, then head home for lunch. He bites into his patty and it's RAW. Brown on the outside, raw on the inside... I had to wait extra, was told it was specifically for his burger, and it was still raw? I go back, complain, they offer me apple pies, that no one likes so I don't accept, and they replace my meal. The manager has me cut into the burger with a plastic knife before leaving so that i know it's cooked. Its cooked and i drive extra to take it to my husbands work so he can eat.
• You'd think by now we would have gotten the hint but no, its been about a week and Micky D's it is again. Order, get home, and now MY burger bun is hard, flaking off & gritty. It has what I can only describe as "bald spots", like if the got wet and stuck to another bun, dried up, then got pieces torn off of it when they got pulled apart. I got grossed out and didnt eat. I didnt even bother complaining or driving back to get it replaced. I'm done at this point.
Congratulations McDonald's, I finally learned my lesson and will not be returning. Every meal took two trips, one to order then another to get it fixed, was not worth the money, effort to get it right, or the time it took for me to write all this out for people to know what i put up with.
Two stars since my family still ate it AFTER i got it fixed. Good luck to those who...

So it was approximately the last week of February and through an advertisement I became aware of the fact that the ☘️ Shamrock Shakes ☘️ are back at McDonald's for a limited time (per usual). And even though I have been trying to eat healthy I get tempted and desired a Shameock Shake despite their unhealthiness. Even though I was tempted it was okay because: 1. We are not expected to be perfect in this life And 2: I read the Bible and it turns out it's not even a sin to have a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️ so I don't know why I used the word "tempted." Anyways...
It's the last week of February and it wasn't even "feeling" like Saint Patricks Day so I morally couldn't justify having a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️ . Because lowkey the only reason I wanted one because the crazing for sweets tempted me but I know the reason I should have one is in memory of the passing of Saint Patty (or it was his birthday or something like that, idk 🤷♂️)
So I justified this decision by saying I will wait until March and then I will purchase a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️ . And so even though it was really difficult and took a lot of prayer for strength I made it through that last week of February and didn't purchase a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️ . Then March 1 arrived...
I decided now that it is March I am legally able to celebrate Saint Patty's day by having a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️ so we went to this McDonald's to celebrate and I purchased a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️. Medium size. It was magically delicious and I was indeed "loving it."
But the thing was, a buddy of mine who was with me who will remain nameless (W.K.) was tempted into purchasing a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️ after he saw the joy, peace, and happiness it brought into my life. So although he didn't purchase one on March 1 we came by again approximately 5 or 6 days later for him to celebrate Saint Patty's day by having a ☘️ Shamrock Shake ☘️.
And the funny thing is their ICE CREAM MACHINE wasn't working so he couldn't get one. Big rip. Thus and henceforth that is the reason this particular McDonald's gets 4/5 Stars. 🧊 cream machine no work that day. Big Sad. But it made me laugh cuz he was sad tho
Thus we have reached the conclusion. Thanks for coming to...
