Mostly Muffins — Restaurant in Yuma

A little sad to say the muffins dont taste the same and a little smaller. On the positive they are still moist and the frosting on top of the muffins still taste the same flavor and texture. So thats good. Unfortunately the muffins I got and always ordered when I lived in Yuma have lost flavor. I ate the muffins before 9am if anyone is curious and ate the strawberry cheesecake and chocolate muffin. I am not a huge sweet tooth fan. I like my desserts just sweet nothing too sweet so keep that in mind when I say the chocolate muffin had no actual chocolate flavor. It just tasted kinda like the cocoa straight out the container so it was extremely earthy tasting and not chocolaty at all. Very bland and chocolate didnt taste fresh. The chocolate muffin was also darker in some areas so yoi guys be the judge. The strawberry cheesecake muffin was also bland. The fresh strawberries added in the breading was tasty and fresh but the breading I promise tasted like nothing at all. No taste of vanilla. No taste of bread(if that makes sense) It tasted like nothing...like water but it was moist on inside and had a nice baked outside layer. Frosting still perfect too. Not trying to bash Mostly Muffin but just letting you all know. Maybe someone in the kitchen isnt following directions or...

This was our second visit and we came back because our first visit was great. We ordered again from the breakfast sandwich menu at the drive up. Let me say first that the staff is very friendly but our food was horrible. First the cook made our sandwiches wrong so I had to go inside to get the correct order. There was only us and 1 couple in the place so they were not busy and the girl who took our order was going to leave early because they were so dead. One sandwich was the bacon on a crossiant and the other was turkey on a bagel. These were the same sandwiches as the last time we were there and they were completely different. No seasoning, way under cooked eggs(UGH) and put together pretty badly. I had to open mine up to seperate the bacon from one big lump. My friend removed the eggs completely because she can't stand runny, non-cooked eggs. Our other friend ordered the BLT on wheat and he was more inclined to call it a bread sandwich(nothing special). We will return again only because our first visit was so good but if it's as bad as the second time then ADIOS AMIGO cause we can get this kind of crap for less money...
