Love Pizza Hut's pizza, but I do missed the experience of eating out! You know what I mean? Like small talk that happens when the server wants to connect with the customer and make the experience a little smoother. 'Cause you still have to wait a long time to get your food! To begin, maybe I should have called my order in first. But there is stuff make a lasting impression that makes a customer want to add to there order or come back again in the future or tip or feel good vibes.
Seems like there was too many employees but not servers š there was light music and 4 TV's but you couldn't hear the TV, and they didn't have the captions on. I guess we got a lot of water and that's why we didn't get very good service from there. After the meal we needed to check out so I had to hunt for the employee to get a receipt to then have to take it to the counter. And, then they had to look for her again to ring me up. But, in the employees defence I did bring a lot of kids š well anyway, hope you bring back the good atmosphere to go along with the great pizza!
I guess y'all should put up a touch screen like McDonalds does now too or just stick to delivery or carry out like every other chain pizza shop here...

I'm waiting there for a good 30 minutes and my pizza doesnt arrive yet, by 2:50 I tell Yvonne i want my pizza to go since its been a long time and i got to go to work. She tells me "ok" and that my pizza will be out the oven in a couple secs. She checks me out without giving me my pizza and tells me it will be right out. I Pay $17.52 for my pizza and a good 10 minutes go by, im now in the point that i have to leave the restaurant cause i dont want to be late for work. I leave the place frustrated and with no pizza. NICOLE didnāt make it any better with her smug face and lack of any customer service skills, this really isnāt the business for her from my 7+ years in customer service opinion.
