Subway — Restaurant in Yuma

I haven't been to a Subway in a very long time. My sister and I were out and she saw the "daily special $6.99 you get 6inch sub, chips or 2 cookies and a drink" I thought "sure why not?" So we walked in and saw "add $3.00 make it a footlong." That comes to what $9.99? ...right? Well okay we did add 1 chicken cheese roll($ 3) took the cookies but no chips. So why did our bill come to 27.00(with a tip) hmmm...???

Not blaming the young woman behind the counter but my sister went back to the counter to ask how this was added up. She was all by herself the place started to fill up but in my old school math if you add 6.99 +3.00 =$9.99 plus TAX = 20% tip =$2.00 11.99

People gotta check your receipt.!!!

As for the "food quality?" Not so good when you get choices of brown lettuce, soggy/mushy tomatoes. Dried cucumber, Just not a reason...

My husband and I walked in there was no greeting and the employees just stared at us and went about their own business. The woman at the register was helping ng her family member that was behind the counter do some personal thing involving the register and papers. Dont exactly know what that was. It was awkward. I went over for lunch...some lady was getting 20 plus foot long subs made. I waited over 30 minutes. Six people left before me. They were making 5 more and had 5 to go. Yes, the lady should of called her order in ahead of time. One of the girls should of been helping the other customers in line. The staff should be informed on what to do in these type of situation.
