This is a hidden gem in the town and looking generally, but don't get misled by it outside look. This place is wow ! They have oat milk, which is perfect for lactose intolerant individuals like myself. Our batista was on his first day of work. He was patient with him self and took our orders at a speed where he could comfortably learn the system was it the fastest service? No. But he really took his time (not a long tome by any means ) to get our orders correct and also made them correctly. My coffee was delicious and my muffin was fresh and warm ! I frequent PJ's Zachary location weekly. Katie & staff are always friendly and go above and beyond for every customer. Its great to hear them conversing about every day things with virtually everyone that enters the door or drive thru. Even remembered my favorite order after they saw me a few times.
