I am disgusted in Kroger's. I am a loyal shopper as well as I use the Kroger's Pharmacy. I usual get pickup ordered. I have been charged twice on several occasions. 2 weeks ago and yesterday, it on one second for Kroger's to take but you have to wait 3-5 business days plus the weekend to receive it back. I find this policy completely unacceptable! I have never had this happen anywhere in my entire life. I just made an account with Giant Eagle. My orders have been smashed with hard items and soft items mixed together in the same bag. I also got moldy strawberries on a previous order. Kroger's has already admitted to price gouging but I continue to shop here. I hope you are not still gouging with a CEO making 15.7 million flipping dollars a year. Kroger's share holders are up 16% right now. And I am being charged twice from Kroger's, Instacart? I have to wait 3-5 business days to receive MY OWN MONEY that you took to make sure I had enough to pay!! I don't make 15.7 million dollars a year. If Kroger's continues to take out 2x for a pickup and have my groceries smashed, cans dented, blood leaking out from beef, mold on the bottom of strawberries. Saying out of stock online but I went inside AND EVERYTHING was in stock. We pay for your CEO to make 15.7 million and you treat valuable customers like this. And send out smashed food, bloody bags (inside) dented cans. I do not know what happened to Kroger's but this is completely unacceptable. I was inside the store approximately 2 weeks ago about 7 pm. I went up to ask for a manager. There was no manager available because there was no manager there. I have been in management for 24 years and the employees did not even know if a manager was available. What kind of business is going on when your employees don't even know if their manager is on site. I am extremely mad I have been dealing with issues since I started getting deliveries and pickups. I am exhausted from being on the phone multiple times for Kroger's...
ย ย ย Read moreif I could give zero Stars I would this pharmacy is completely incompetent they misplaced my prescription for a controlled substance by putting it in someone else's bag I waited for a long time while they tried to find it and finally left and they said they will call me when I got back to pick it up they had restocked it because it took me too long to pick it up but it was because they lost it that I didn't get it in the first place also they filled my prescription by thirds supposed to have 90 pills in the prescription with one refill they filled it 30 pills at a time just so they could get more money I'm sure and now they won't fill the final 30 I would say go anywhere anywhere...
