Ordered ahead on the app at 7:29 am. The app stated there was a 6-9 minute preparation for the order to be ready and it said to expect to pick it up at 7:39. I walked into the store at 7:40 and there were probably 20 customers standing around waiting on their orders. Everyone was pleasant and kind. The staff greeted everyone as they walked in. Everytime somone got their order and walked out someone held the door for them. The batista who was working the front would announce the name of the order he was about to start. That was great as it helped the customer know to get ready and make their way to the front of the store. When my name was called out I went up to the counter. The batista handed me my drink and said, "Have a great day Jesse". That kind of professional experience has unfortunately been rare with other businesses lately. Even though my order took far longer than the estimated time on the app, I didn't mind at. Amazing staff! Great job! I didn't get the barista's name but he wore a tan bucket hat. Waited a bit before a barista acknowledged us, which is totally fine, they are busy, but when ordering my partners drink, they stated that they could not do a tea topped with peach juice, which we have done. Refused to even attempt to listen to what I was trying to say and my partner ended up panicking and ordered something entirely different than what they really wanted. Very unhappy that my partner could not get what they wanted and I would understand if it was a super ridiculous request but I feel as though it was reasonable and considering we had done it before cancels out the baristas statement of "we can't do that" and not to mention, the attitude in their voice while saying it is what caused me to write this review. Read moreI went to Starbucks at a little after 6pm, sat for almost 10 minutes in drive thru with no answer while a line formed behind me. So I drove up to the window because the lights were on and I checked the hours. I sit at the window while 2 workers inside look to be busy, keep looking at me and not until I beep my horn does one of them come and say we closed at 6pm. So after pulling away, I check the hours and it does say the drive thru closes at 6pm but the inside is open until later. Why would she not have said the drive thru closed at 6PM but you can come in. Especially since I went 15 minutes the opposite way I was going….I’m sure they lost quite a bit of business because there was at least 4 cars behind me and had I not beeped, they would have continued to just look at me and not even bother to respond and she was not nice at all!
