Wingstop — Restaurant in Zanesville

I’ve been in restaurant management for years. I’m totally down with folks being new and requiring a lot of time to get through a bunch of orders.

No one was answering the phone and online ordering wasn’t available so I went in physically. I stood in line for 20 minutes before someone came up to ask if we were there to place orders (There was a line of people to do so).

I was the first to speak up because that same person just placed an order for the person in front of me 10 minutes before that, And I was next in line. She flat out said, “ We’re not taking orders right now”. No follow up, no time of resuming, no sorry for the inconvenience, no nothing. They asked what time they were open till, she said 1 AM. Still no follow up. I asked what time they would be resuming, she said I don’t know, We’re behind. Once more, no follow up.

I absolutely have to give a shout-out to the Wingstop in Zanesville! I placed a to-go order on their opening day and everything was perfect from start to finish. I was honestly so excited to finally be able to enjoy some of my all-time favorite Wingstop items locally — the voodoo fries, the delicious seasoned corn, and of course the traditional garlic parm wings. Hands down, the best meal combo ever! What made the experience even better was the service. The manager, Kasandera, was incredible. She was friendly, upbeat, and made sure the order was exactly right. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in the store. It’s so refreshing to see that level of attention and kindness. Between the amazing food and the great service, SO HAPPY Wingstop has come to Zanesville, this will be my new go-to spot....

Was there for opening night, and even though they warned us the wait could be up to two hours, our food came out in under one. The whole team was absolutely rocking it! Even with the crowds, they stayed calm, collected, super friendly, and clearly working together to get orders out fast.

And the food? Absolutely delicious. Totally worth the wait and then some — fresh, hot, and exactly what we were hoping for on opening night.

Barbra was an absolute delight. Our Zanesville location is seriously lucky to have her there training—she kept everything running smoothly, kept the team calm, and delegated like a pro.

Thank you all for such a wonderful experience tonight! Even though our total visit was about an hour and a half, every minute was worth it—from waiting outside to the moment we walked out with our food. Great...
