Taco Bell — Restaurant in Zanesville

I was so looking forward to this Taco Bell opening close to home. Have been there three times, not going back. You would think service would be getting better, but it's getting worse. Waited 15 minutes for my order when there was only one customer ahead of me and no drive-thru orders. Only one person preparing the orders on the "dine-in" side; the other three workers on the "take out" side were standing around laughing and talking. Manager outside on phone the whole time. Finally one worker asked me if I had been helped and I told her it was now more than 10 minutes since I ordered and no food! She jumped right in and helped the woman working alone on the order ahead or me. I don't think this Taco Bell has any desire to cater to walk-in customers. So disappointed. Was really hoping 3rd time would be a charm ordering in the drive through, but today proved wrong, Will not go back. Today I asked for the discovery box, 1 item was unavailable so I asked for a sub, she didn't know what I was asking, so I chose another box, 3 of the 3 cheesy rolls up were not cooked, cheese fell out of all 3, didn't receive the 2 orders of cinnamon sticks, 3rd time there and the order is once again wrong and missing items. I asked for sauce packets and she told me I'd have to pay for those..? So I did, got like 6 cups of some kind of sauce, not packets. I asked because she didn't. Should have gone to the taco bell on Maple Ave. They are friendly, always ask about sauce, order is always correct, my fault for going back to the one...

Why is it that both Taco Bells in Zanesville can't make cinnamon twists correctly? One of the main part of this is CINNAMON. Why do they taste and smell like old grease? I was hoping this new restaurant would actually know how to make these properly but I was wrong. They were almost plain, I mean barely any cinnamon on them. And just like the other location, tasted and smelled like old grease. No, it isn't a fluke either.
