Panera Bread — Restaurant in Zanesville

First is for the food here which is way overpriced the size of the sandwich wouldn't fill up my two year old for 8 dollars, and the smoothie I got was terrible for 5 dollars I could have gotten an entire bundle of bananas and strawberries and made my own, it wasn't the right size either supposed to be a 16 oz but it was only 12 I measured when I got home and the texture of the smoothie was very gritty.Have you heard of seasoning Panera, they make it everyday and it's very simple to add some flavor to the food. Second is for the service at this location I ordered a BBQ chicken with no onion first one came out with no sauce and extra onions, I had to turn around the person at the window was rude when I asked for a new sandwich like sorry its not my fault you can't do your job and make the correct item. Then the second sandwich came out with barely any sauce and onions again so I just ate it and forced the bland terrible sandwich down because I was hungry and wasn't going back again. If I could give a zero star...

My three star is for the place and not food. The food was very good, clean and fresh also yummy. I had concerns about the cleanliness and protocols regarding covid-19. The places or joints opened to dine it should be very careful regarding keeping the interior clean. We dine in, we were there for an hour, in the whole hour no staff came to clean any table after the customer left. Our near by table was occupied when we sat on one of the table, they left in 10 minutes, another group came and sat there after 10 mini, and like wise it went on. Tables were not cleaned after any of the guest left in that 1 hour. Many customers came in and left, tables were filled on after the other but none of them were cleaned between leaving and seating of customers. It made me worried for my self and my family now as I sat there too, I doubt my table was clean. I request the manager and the staff to have a look at the dinning area once a while. I went thru the drive-through to get a pick 2 combo, soup, and half sandwich. I really like the turkey avocado blt. I usually get it with the broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was pretty good, but when I opened the sandwich up, it wasn't what I was expecting. It was on a sliced bread instead of a baguette, which was ok, but the bacon was ground up and just disgusting. Normally it is sliced bacon. It was half cooked and kind of gristle. The greens were not good either. It was clear whoever made the sandwich wasn't really caring much about their job. It was inedible, and I threw it away. So, I spent just under $13 for a cup of soup and piece of baguette. I had noticed that this location wasn't quite up to snuff last time I was there, but that had been awhile.
