Arby's — Restaurant in Zebulon

Very Disappointed! Everytime my mother and I visit this Arby's, they are closing at early hours. Employees are not taking the time to LOOK at receipts and give what the customers are asking for. Today, I had a coupon that clearly said "2 French dip sandwiches for $6" and they only gave me ONE with two French dip sauces. They basically still charged me for the two sandwiches and we only received one! This is not the first time they have incorrected our orders. Today, the supervisor was standing at the drive thru window while I was sitting there in my car in front of her waiting for a sandwich she offered to give me that I didn't like or no anything about the sandwich. Mind you, they told me they were out of meat so my sandwich couldn't get replace! While waiting, the supervisor was shouting out the drive thru window at someone she knew at the next door restaurant which was KFC. VERY unprofessional and sloppy! They are rude and not getting customers orders correct! This place needs to be shut down! What is up with the early closing hours??? I have NEVER seen a restaurant that closes so EARLY! This is the Arby's in Zebulon NC! Would not recommend AT ALL. Please don't stop at 435 exit highway 64, KEEP GOING AND FIND ANOTHER...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! They need to learn how to treat people with respect. Especially if people are going to take the time and energy to visit their restaurant. The experience that my family and I received at this Arby's was HORRIFIC AND VERY SHAMEFUL.

My special needs brother with Autism, who is also nonverbal was yelled at with profanities all because he was staring and smiling at a worker... My brother is mentally disabled, why is he being subject to this type of treatment? Why are you threatening, intimidating and demeaning him? Did he asked to have an intellectual disability? He is a human being just like anyone else and he deserves to be treated with respect, just like everyone else! We were very hurt and emotionally distraught by the actions of this restaurant. On top of that, we never received an apology, so apparently they think that this is okay. I 100/% do not recommend this Arby's and most definitely will NOT be going back. What a pitiful way to carry...

I went today to get curly fries and cheese sticks. I used to eat Arby’s years ago. I’ve lived in this area for 5 years and I’ve never been to this location before. Well after today, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ARBYS EVER AGAIN. Tried 1 hard cooked curly fry and wanted a refund. The black lady with two huge Afro puffs working in the food industry asked me how many did I eat. I told her one as I proceeded to take it out of the bag. I handed it to her and she brought me crinkle fries. I told her I didn’t ask for that I asked for a refund. Naija Williamson a manager comes to front and tells me they do not give refunds because it’s no fault of theirs. You literally cooked the curly fries straight and hard. The cheese sticks were nasty as well. Never again, $8 wasted. I’ll be glad when Arby’s shuts down. Who is keeping this place in business? Incompetent employees, poor customer service, no refund and unsanitary food preparation with hair...
