Not recommending to go here anytime soon. So would of prefer to not recall my last time here cause experience was horrible when I went here three days ago but Google is asking for a review so here it is. Went through the drive through got up to the kiosk and sat there for about 4-5 minutes before we started calling out to see if anyone was there no answer. Another car pulls up to the other kiosk so we sat to see if they where able to get somebody because maybe the one I was at was broken some how. Nope other car waited a bit but still no one answers. so while the other driver starts driving away I follow suite only to see that a 3rd car was at the window the whole time I was at the kiosk. And The person was waving their hands wildly at the kids inside. Irritated a bit but seeing as there was actually people supposedly working we drove back around to place an order and thankfully we got some kid to answer only to have to sit up at the window for about 10 minutes as we watch all of them standing around socializing inside until suddenly (we are guessing it was the shift manager or something comes from the back and they all disperse. And the food I order was finally being put together. Used to be the BK I went to cause service was great not anymore though. Little note the parking lot was practically empty except for 3 cars parked for more clarity. Huge incompetence on management to have staff...
Read moreWhat’s the purpose of having an App or Delivery lane in the drive thru, if you’re going to service every car in the other first? Then have the nerve to say, “You rule, be right with you” as you service the next car in the non-app lane.
I’ll tell you why. Either Corporate, or your manager, know this location is terribly run and they know you’re committed since you placed the order online (app) - you’re not leaving if there’s a long line. You want get those non-app users before hey tire of waiting in line and leave with committing to an order.
Same thing Chic Filet does with there staff outside with tablets taking orders. Making sure you don’t leave out frustration for choosing a slow drive thru.
Get your game together. Do better then you don’t need sneaky tactics.
From time placed until food handed to me, after being asked to go park because they were waiting on my onion rings - and accounting got drive time (a whole, whopping .4 miles away) 28 mins to food time. Ridiculous!!!! Glad to see BK combating the “fast food” idea. I could have gone to a healthier, sit down place and ordered a “real” burger if I knew it was going to take almost 30 mins to...
Read moreTypical BK food some of the time, others the food is barely warm and usually stale. Employees seem to be bothered by customers and do not really want to be there.
Wait times are horrible, employees unable to handle more than one order at a time, quick-tracking the drive-thru that has the most vehicles while ignoring the other. First window will not take or process your payment until your food is ready, typically not even coming to the area of the window until everything is done or busy chatting with the other employees.
Opening and closing times are a joke, they open and close when they feel like it; as late as 7am when they're supposed to be open at 6am, and as early as 10:30pm when they don't close til midnight, just from personal experience.
The place needs a complete overhaul in either employees or in training, there needs to be some accountability to the corporate standards and just decent customer service...
