Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Zeeland

Staff do not listen to what you say. I keep ordering garden salads and they keep putting peppers on them even though I unselect it from the options online. I keep having them take it off.

I even called over the phone in case the online ordering is horrible and there's a miscommunication. I told them "I only want three things on this salad, luteus, tomatoes, and cheese. What I get? Peppers.

Now, I can take these off easily but that's not the entire issue. The issue is that I somehow cannot avoid having peppers put on my salad after the numerous times having to get it redone. I thought by now I would be known as the pepper hater customer and they would see my name and be like "oh, the no peppers guy"

The next step is to call everytime and tell them "NO PEPPERS" but I shouldn't...

On Sundat evening September 22. I had a horrible experience with my take out order. When, I called to place my order. The person that took my order hung up on me while I was asking them if they wanted my name for my order. Then, I arrive to get my order 25 minutes later. There was no pizza. They looked in the computer and they couldn't even find my order at all. I even gave them the time I called. They offered to make another pizza. But, I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I was so unhappy at this point that I told the Zeeland location no thank you and went elsewhere. Some place that appreciated my order. I have never been so...

Two weeks ago I went to pick up our order, which we have been going to hungry howie's almost weekly since opening. On this day I pulled in a employee just in front of me pulled in across both handicap spots and got out and went to work. I walked in a questioned about the parking situation she said she was sorry. I asked her for the employee to move his car, and she went behind counter told the manager and he said it he is not having him move car.
