Update: Here is the response from JJ after using the link provided in the reply to my review here. Form your own opinions but my view is this did not address the issues. I acknowledged upfront it's never going to look exactly like the marketing image sandwich so this statement just makes me feel like JJ puts as much care into its customer service replies as it does its sandwich preparation.
I will also say the link provided led me to believe I was contacting the store as it requested all that information. I don't understand why it wouldn't be sent directly to the store if JJ customer service doesn't have the power to do anything. Feels like the link is a waste of time as now it would have to be explained all again to the store, information be given again etc. I don't understand what the point of that link is.

I'm not going back to the store because it's not about my sandwich. As I said, this has happened multiple times. I sent them the picture and they made it clear this is acceptable, they don't care about quality. ¯(ツ)/¯

Original Review: I know food rarely ever looks as good as the stock photo but this is really bad, it barely resembles it at all. It's not the first time either, this one was just particularly bad. Opening the sandwich up wasn't much better. They forgot to cut it in half too. Especially for the price JJ should do better! This isn't a $3 gas station sub, it's an $11 8 inch sandwich from a dedicated sandwich shop. The 16 inch is $21! So I feel like expecting the product to somewhat resemble the stock image both in appeal and substance shouldn't be unreasonable.

Read more2 times in 2 weeks, my food was delivered to the wrong suite. I asked for my money back this time, hopefully I get it. Won't be back, they used to be really good, apparently now some of their drivers really just don't care to look at suites when delivering. There are 5 suites in my building, not 100!!!!
Edit, the manager personally came to see me and made it right. Next time I guess I will just have to specify that the driver NOT drop it at the wrong suite. I will change my review stars... He said he will void the order and give me my money back, as well as remake and resend the order. I missed his name but I appreciate the customer service on his end!
Edit again. I guess I just give up on them. Last time I ordered I called to TELL them not to bring it to the wrong suite, even though the suite is clearly noted on the address online. My mistake I guess for NOT calling this time....
