Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Zephyrhills

Today was my family’s first time trying this restaurant. We ordered online at 12:25pm the checkout summary said the food will be ready for pickup at 12:44pm “that was a lie” (Maury voice) 🤣 I got to this establishment right at 12:40pm walked inside didn’t get a greeting which felt weird since it’s lunchtime it was only about 6 people inside the entire building and 4 out of the six we’re already half way done eating so the lady and elder gentleman working behind the bar says sorry we’re busy at the moment I haven’t even started your online order 🤦🏾🤔🤔🤔 isn’t online orders priority since I’ve already ordered & paid ahead of time not at this restaurant they both continued to complete walk-in orders before even attempting to start my online order i was told by the lady it’s gonna be another 20-30 minutes which also was a lie I didn’t get my food until 1:07pm the floors and tables were dirty a Sauce that had been spilled on the floor been there so long it changed colors.. the food was Okay.. I would like to give the franchise itself another chance just not this location also the apple empanada was supposed to come with Carmel drizzle none was put on the empanada which was disappointing 👎🏾 I would like to try bubbakoos again. Just another location other than this one here in zephyrhills (dirty dining please stop by this establishment and put them in check) 2 star food quality maybe it was just the lunch crew that sucks who knows but definitely beware...

We really wanted to give this place a great review but sadly it was very disappointing. Ordered online and it said it would e ready in 20 minutes so I got there just before the 20 minute mark and they hadn’t even started my food. You play and tip ahead of time( meanwhile I left 20% tip and there was still no urgency to make my order. I walked in and there was only 1 person in like and I still wait an extra 20 minutes past the pickup time for my food. No offer to even have a soft drink while I waited. One quesadilla didn’t have the chicken in it but had a pound of cheese and veggies. My burritos steak was barely even cooked but it was steak so not a huge deal. After seeing how uncooked and sloppy everything was, I honestly didn’t even eat the other chiicken quesadilla That we ordered because it had sauce all over it and I didn’t trust. The chicken was cooked thoroughly on that as well. The boardwalk cookies were ok, I wish the caramel would have been on the side instead of all over it because it ruins the overall taste of them since the become extremely sticky and soggy. They have a great menu, so I would probably try it again, but it would have to be at a different location. They only had two people working in there and they were both younger kids. I am giving them a three because they can't seem to get there delivery in order. Food is fantastic, but if I have to wait 1.5 hours for my order to be delivered, it isn't the restaurant for my family. Unfortunate because the food again is great. Maybe a manager could reach out to me?

Edit: After more time I'm giving them a 1 star. I ended up calling the store and holy cow not what I expected. The manager yelled at me! I told her the uber driver had been waiting there for 30 minutes and I would like to know where I was at in there order que. The order was already 30 mins past ubers estimated time. She hung up on me!

I called her back and told her how rude that was. She said she had over 30 orders to make and some were going on 2 hours and it wasn't her problem. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Said that she couldn't look it up without my name. I told her my name again and she said she couldn't do anything about it.

I messaged the uber driver that I was sorry and wondering what they were telling her. She said they found my order and refused to finish it. Talk about wasting people's time and money! Totally unprofessional!! Ended up having to cancel the order after nearly 1.5 hours of waiting.
