I canāt recommend any dishes. This is my first time ordering. I didnāt like my food but the reason I gave her the stars the manager was so pleasant and understanding didnāt get upset that I told her that I did give her a bad rating of the jerk eggrolls that I ordered I feel they were undercookedand I also had beef patties which Iām not gonna make a comment on the phone Iām going to order again because I love collard greens and maybe Iāll give me some chicken even though I ordered through DoorDash The Manager is a wonderful nice understanding person. If it wasnāt for her, I wouldnāt came back and said anything but she was very nice when I say nice, nice and apologetic, and thatās what I appreciate the most even though my jerk egg was not right Again, I will order from her again because of her attitude I probably wouldnāt. I hope prosper goes for her because she has a very positive attitude. But not worth the over 25-30 minutes we had to wait. Sincerely. This took longer than if I sat in a restaurant. Like super inefficient.
The chefs were singing, and I can appreciate that they are happy, but to be successful in business you need to focus. Focus on your customers, orders, and preparation of the food.
They need to work on studying when their food production āhigh timesā are. And make extra batches during their high times, because that was too long to wait for something so simple.
Most of the food is pre-made, so it should be easy to anticipate your high flow times and work on that.
Also, on my dinner order for my catfish, they gave me 1 piece of fishā¦.but charged me for the dinner size. Seemed like a rip off.
Food was perfectly cooked and fried, but please tell me you can manage the production of food a bit better than that.
Also, music in the front is too LOUD. Itās quite obnoxious for your customers and brings the professionalism of the business down and probably is affecting work performance. Without your customers, you donāt have a business. Donāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read morepoor service ! beyond rude employees! ordered my food and paid over the phone (meaning they have my complete order keep that in mind ) to be told it will be ready in 30 minutes. i get there and wait almost an hour for my order to never have been started ! upon walking into the restaurant, I was approached by the rude Woman taking orders and sweating over peopleās food , She stated without even asking my name or my order that all I was waiting on was my sides! after waiting about 40 minutes, I then ask how much longer she proceeds to get agitated raising her voice telling me that I changed my order without telling them mind you I paid over the phone when I placed the ORDER i was picking up which was 3 dinners for my parents who came in from out of town!!!
