I am absolutely amazed! It’s honestly the best experience I’ve had in tashkent. I liked design of place, it’s spacious and has got lots of seats but at the same time each table has got enough space around to have privacy. The lighting temperature and level of music balanced very well Let’s talk about food . We’ve ordered cold meme selection, fresh salad, couple meat dishes and beans. Every single dish was perfectly balanced and so fresh, meat is just melting in your mouth. I have to say separate compliment for compot drink which was new for me combination of berries and cinnamon . I would never think that it could be so deliciously refreshing- compliments We finished up our lunch with selection of baklavas ice cream and Turkish coffee. I don’t usually order baklava coz I find this dessert too sweet and dry but baklava in Bosporus totally shocked me in a good way. It was so moisture and not so sweet but with rich flavour of pistachios. I am big fan of gelato but Turkish ice cream here was good surprise. I want to say few words about service. It’s literally the only place in Tashkent where I could see Manager of the place being visible and actually working. He is doing great job - thank you!
