Room- booked deluxe and it's no difference from regular. No amenities in the room except for shower gel and shampoo. Towels were looking not fresh. The poor thing supposed to be white color but actually was grey. Didn't smell fresh. Mattres is extremely hard and pillows are old. TV is not working.
Breakfast - very limited for claimed for 4 stars. If you like omelettes for breakfast let me disappoint you.
Staff - reception surprised us. Our first day we meet young gentlemen who even after our request to bring amenities never did it. The next day we met 2 others who was helpful. Helped to get sim card, iron and dental kits.
Corridor - late night we woke up few times because of noise in corridors. Doors and walls are thin here. You will hear everything.
In general I can tell price doesn't match services they provide. No one explained where will be breakfast, what facilities and where. No help with taxi. Even when we asked to change money there was 2 answer were getting "sorry we don't know" and " sorry we don't have" We were ignored by reception by anytime we enter in the hotel. There is no greetings, no talks, no checking on our well being in their facility.

Read moreI stayed in the hotel in April 2025. I booked the best room with balcony in the hotel. Though the room was very specious, house keeping was not up to the mark. Stain in the floor was visible even after cleaning. But the reception staff was very friendly and helpful and in particular special thanks to Mr. Kader. They all speak english.||On the positive side, the hotel is situated in a quiet locality having all facilities nearby and is also located close to airport. Despite this, I would request the hotel management to look into the following aspects:||1) Breakfast items should be marked with names.|2) Those managing breakfast in the morning are not very helpful. Read moreWe stayed here for a few nights on the last leg of our trip in Uzbekistan after amazing experiences at the same price point in both Bukhara and Samarkand. I feel compelled to leave a review. The room was turned over to us without towels or a remote for the AC. We asked more than 3 times before we received any of the items. Then our comforter smelled like it had been sprayed with febreeze. When I asked them to switch out the comforter for one that was fragrance free they pretended to do it and never did. Linens and towels all arrived with massive holes. Likely their washing machines fault so we did not choose to do laundry at their facility. When I told them that our towels had large rips through them they didn’t bother to replace them. Breakfast was oily and not tasty. We ate out every day even though we specifically chose a hotel that included breakfast. Overall you couldn’t pay me to stay here again. The one star was for the friendly staff.
