Masa is a decent restaurant and located very conveniently in Tashkent. We got free tea when we arrived and right before we left, which was very nice! The food was generally very tasty, we ordered various dips with flatbread, the cheese pide (with honey), a salad and the grilled vegetables. The staff is very friendly, although the waiter took long to bring the drinks and forgot part of our order twice. The ambiance in nice, although a little bit too "clean" inside. По отзывам ждала больше. Само место очень симпатичное. Десерты вкусные, не приторные. Салаты и горячее неплохо, хотя в салате с заправкой из песто мне как раз базилика и вкуса песто не хватило. А вот обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего. Нам дали один комплект меню на четверых. Мы попросили еще, это услышал молодой человек за соседним столиком и отдал свой. Других нам так и не принесли. Я заказала мясо и салат с рукколой и страчателлой. Салат принесли с маслом и бальзамиком в бутылочках. Попросила оставить все на столе, так как предпочитаю сама заправлять еду по вкусу. Официантка не услышала и принялась обильно поливать салат маслом. Мы втроем просили ее остановиться. Затем она принялась зачем-то перемешивать рукколу и страчателлу, после чего салат выглядел совсем уж непрезентабельно. Интересно, это какой-то авторский взгляд или менеджмент не объясняет персоналу, как должны выглядеть блюда при подаче? С едой моих подруг экспериментов уже не проводили. Из других мелких косяков официантка то забывала заказ и несколько раз подходила переспросить; то исчезала куда-то надолго и приходилось ее буквально вылавливать, чтобы попросить десерт и кофе; то выкладывала вилку и нож прямо на стол, а не на лежащую рядом салфетку. Людей в зале при этом много, пустых столов практически нет. Мое впечатление - заведение поставило себе высокую планку, но пока до нее...
