THE MOST INADEQUATE HOTEL IN THE CITY!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
TOTAL CHAOS!
Everywhere you turn, someone is trying to squeeze more money out of you!
The security staff are unbelievably rude, and the rules change every single day, what’s allowed today is forbidden tomorrow. It feels less like a hotel and more like a PRISON you have to pay for. Instead of hospitality, you get endless restrictions and constant mistrust toward guests.
First and foremost, proper staff training is desperately needed. This is supposed to be a hotel, not a high-security PRISON. Each security guard seems to have their own set of “rules”: you can’t go upstairs, bellboy or security guard follows you, the guest must come down himself. Endless stupid rules! ABSOLUTE NONSENSE!
If a guest has a car, be ready to pay a hefty amount for parking, because apparently, guests aren’t supposed to have one. And if you’re a foreigner, it gets even more absurd, by their logic, a foreigner simply can’t have a car with local license plates. One way or another, you’ll end up paying. It feels like everywhere you turn, someone is trying to squeeze more money out of you — security guards, parking attendants, whoever they can.
Unfortunately, the reception staff are completely unprepared to handle any issues. They can only check you in, that’s it. Don’t expect any assistance or initiative beyond that.
Even in the restaurant, the experience changes daily. One day you might get decent service, the next a completely different attitude. It all depends on who’s on shift. If you’re lucky, it’s fine; if not, too bad. We had such a case, on the first day, there was a great guy named Azamat, truly professional and skilled. But the next day, we ordered the same thing and got something completely different....

I stayed at International Hotel Tashkent from March 21–24 and had an awful experience from the moment I arrived.
After a sleepless overnight flight, I arrived at 8:00 AM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The reception staff said the room was available—but only if I paid $80 to check in a couple of hours early. Completely unreasonable, especially since the room was already booked under my name and clearly wasn’t going to be sold to anyone else that morning.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was referred to the Guest Relations Manager Zarina—and frankly, she was the worst part of the entire experience. Rude, unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unfit for her role. She made up nonsense about needing “extra staff” to justify the early check-in charge, and contradicted her own colleagues. Absolutely zero customer service skills.
But what happened next was even worse. After they finally let me check in at 11:00 AM, I went to bed exhausted. Not long after, I was woken up by another guest knocking on my door—because reception gave him a key to my room (Room 710). A total breach of privacy and security.
This hotel’s front desk team, and especially Zarina, are careless and unprofessional. For a place that claims to be a 5-star property, their service is a disgrace. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel until serious...
Read moreAwful Hotel – Stay Away!||Review:|Absolutely awful hotel. I don’t even want to remember this place. The staff are extremely rude, especially the security guards. Everyone seems to be trying to make money off the guests in every possible way. The conditions are terrible — this place doesn’t even feel like a real hotel.||It’s also quite far from the city center, and nothing has changed over the years. The same rude staff, no proper training, no improvement at all. They may have rebranded, but the same old problems remain.||They will do everything possible to make your stay as unpleasant as they can — to make sure your mood stays awful from the moment you arrive. If you’re looking for stress, frustration, and bad memories from this city, this is the perfect place for you.||But if you respect yourself, your nerves, and your time — stay far away from this hotel. The service is terrible, the furniture is old and worn out, and overall, it’s just a horrible experience. Even if they offered a free stay,...
