I was passing by in a taxi and we stopped at the red lighting just in front of Socials café. If you take a look at the ramp, you will notice it ends with a dead end for the carriage. I got unhappy as having a name Social you have obligations to be social and make your café comfortable for anyone just because they are human. Yet, I understand it’s not their property they are renting it there, but I also realize that it doesn’t cost much to finish this ramp and make people with disability happy, showing them care from the café named Socials. They have enough struggle on the city streets, thanks for the gov, so you have to do this as a private business, support them and show that you/people care. As a result, in a few days when we had a family walk, we just crossed the street and visited another café for out breakfast. Upd 09May
I finally managed to visit this place, despite living in this area. I went with my children for an evening walk and decided to have some drinks and desserts. I didn’t quite understand the meanings of mini desserts, so all 3 of us ordered 3 desserts with drinks. The serving process of the dessert is very impressive 5*. The taste isn’t as excellent as expected though, expensive and the portion is rather big, so we hardly finished it. For 3 desserts and 3 drinks we paid around 30usd, with definite decision in mind that this isn’t the best place for desserts. In a few days we came here for breakfast. There were 6of us and we total paid 55-60USD. The bill does not include service fee, so you have to add it yourself. The breakfast is good but the variety of salmon toast is only one so ,it’s again not something for us. That was OK in general, I liked their Turkish breakfast for 12USd that can easily feed 2 people. Though the sausage has some bones that made some negative impact. Another thing is that in a box with clean tables and forks, I picked up a dirty fork…. Overall, good place for 1time visit for breakfast. Also in the evenings they sell bread with 50%discount, so on our 1st visit I purchased 2. And to my surprise I paid 1.8usd, that would mean that it cost...
Read moreI've been keeping an eye on Socials cafe since it first opened, and I'm pleased to see that the level of service has significantly improved over time. The cafe offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with a stunning interior that immediately catches your attention. Its location is excellent, and the high ceilings create a spacious, airy feel. Additionally, the clever zoning within the cafe provides a sense of privacy, making it a great spot for both dates and business meetings.
While the food and drinks are good, they don't quite reach an exceptional level. However, one notable advantage is the absence of a service charge, which is typically around 20% of the bill in Tashkent. This certainly adds to the overall value. For families, the cafe also features a children's corner on the second floor, which is a thoughtful touch.
Overall, Socials cafe has evolved nicely and is worth a visit if you're looking for a comfortable, stylish setting with decent food and...
Read moreWe went to the café to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The poor service completely ruined what was meant to be a joyful and memorable occasion. We had high expectations, but the experience was truly disappointing. We’ve decided never to set foot on their premises again—even if they offer free food and beverages. I would not recommend this place to anyone planning to celebrate a birthday or any special event, based on the negative...
