I've tried too many Bahn My to count throughout Vietnam and this has been one of the best I've tried. Easily my favorite in Danang. The quality is consistently fresh and tasty, and the staff really have a sense of urgency which I like. I have been eating here weekly for over a year and haven't had a bad experience yet. Really tasty bahn mi, when I first came to Danang we'd often come here two or 3 times a day.

Ask for Bahn mi thit xu with some eggs, they don't speak fluent English but enough to get by if you don't speak Vietnamese or you can use translate and the signs there.

Also it's open late, opens at 4pm till when they run out...
