This has for a long time been my favorite lunch place in Da Nang. At one point it was just myself and vietnamese people but now it has become more popular with foreigners. I cannot blame them, but i wish i could keep it a secret so it doesn't become overcrowded. I see too many people making youtube videos at this place now.
The family that runs this are truly warm and kind and welcoming. The husband and his wife are both very nice people and they treat me like a friend. The community atmosphere here is my favorite part of this restaurant, it feels like a pillar of the local community where everyone knows them and everyone knows and comes to play with the dog (there used to be a cat too, i am sad that it is gone). If you come here often, they know your usual order. And i am happy that even though it has become much more popular and prices are rising all around them, they keep their prices low. They have added a large option to their menu to cater to tourists, but the regular size has remained the same price and the same portion.
The bun cha here is probably my favorite in Da Nang and the pho is one of my favorites, cheaper than pho thin which is almost twice the price now. They do a few things, and do them well. Hanoi style, so not overly sweet, which is...

Absolutely delicious!
We came to Pho Bun Cha Ha Noi specifically to try two of Hanoi’s most iconic dishes — Cha Ca La Vong and Bun Cha Ha Noi — and they did not disappoint!
The flavors were authentic, perfectly balanced, and packed with freshness. The grilled fish in the Cha Ca was tender and flavorful, while the Bun Cha had that perfect smoky sweetness from the grilled pork, served with fresh herbs and dipping sauce.
Portions were generous and perfect for two people to share. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt both cozy and local.
This was exactly the kind of meal we were hoping in Da Nang without going to Ha Noi — we left full and happy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience real...
