I was the first renter in this place and lived at the highest floor with a city view. So. It was a really worthwhile place. There's a really well equipped kitchen, comfortable workspace and a small balcony. In general the building is located in a nice place. It's a walkable distance to An Thuong, beach, market and at the same time it's a local alley without busy social places (restaurants, bars, clubs). The main problem for me was the pet hospital where some dogs were barking all day. I would also like to note that the owners did not skimp on the design of the building and cleverly placed the air conditioners on the roof, so you will never hear them working. Respect! I was signed 3 month contract but have too leave after 41 days. The foot steps of the room above mine is very heavy, they moving chairs and table constantly at night. Complained about it and the response was ”maybe you're too sensitive to the noise” And because I am leaving before the contract, they didn't return 100% of the payment, I lost about 200 USD. Absolutely glorious to live here. I have been living here for 7+ months now, and I can't ask for more. All the shops and markets are walking distance away, the apartment is quiet, clean, and beautiful. The owner and the staff here are the kindest and sweetest people I know, and living here as an expat feels like I have a second family in Vietnam.
