Banh Mi Trang — Restaurant in Đà Nẵng

This is hands down the best bánh mì I’ve ever had in Vietnam – and honestly, it even beats the famous Bánh Mì Phượng in Hội An. The bread at Bánh Mì Trang is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and stuffed with the freshest ingredients. Every bite has that perfect balance of flavors — rich, savory, fresh, and just a little bit spicy.

The staff are absolutely amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and they really care about what they serve. The whole atmosphere is so warm and lively, it makes the experience even better. You don’t just come here to eat, you come here to enjoy the vibe too.

It’s clear they put their heart into everything: the food, the service, the environment. If you’re in Da Nang, skip the touristy spots and come straight here. This is the real deal, the G.O.A.T. of bánh mì. I’d give it 10...

Everyone’s mentioned the crispiness yet airy bread (yes) but what stands out to me is the freshness and variety of meats in the mixed banh mi & the crispy fried bread crumbs they’ve added creates this next level crispiness experience! Unlike other banh mi I was full for the next 6 hours which for a 20-25K banh mi speaks to the value!

Atmosphere: The staff is really kind and sweet & it’s in a good location in the action of a street but with some greenery too.

I even called my friend back home when to describe this banh mi bite by bite for him - fortunately he still hasn’t gotten sick of me...

This is the best Bahn mi we've had in all of Vietnam, and we've been all over the country! Everything about this place is amazing. The quality of ingredients is high, and they absolutely pack the bread with meat, including a nice crispy crunchy shrimp to go with it. The meat is very tasty and flavourful, and the bread is always fresh, crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Not to mention the owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming. It's a great place. If you visit, make sure you try their ca phe muoi, honestly again, the best we've had in all of Vietnam. We visited here so many times during our visit, we couldn't get enough! This is a MUST try...
