Dim sum starting at 25k per plate (~4 pieces per plate) was delicious with good value to price ratio. English menu available and friendly owner. Mr. A provided great service to tourists! Everything arrived nicely styled and was steaming hot in temperature.
The restaurant was also nice and clean. Fan available for sweaty tourists and plastic chopsticks are available. (Note: we ate some dim sum before remembering to take pictures since it was so delicious. You receive 4 pieces on each plate vs. the 3 pieces pictured in some photos.)
Tip: if you are a solo traveler or someone who wants to sample different kinds, they also have a mixed plate of dim sum for 35k where you get 5 different...

Quality of dimsums is wonderful and owner's attitude is so too.
Most of dimsum are 25k vnd. (some are 30k ~ 40k) Dimsums are served hot and delicious. Xiao long bao is must have!
Small size of chair and table is one of problem you will have but if you are not very tall, it is okay.
The place is well organized and clean considering location.
