I'm not usually a dessert person, but something about wandering around in the Da Nang heat made me crave something sweet and refreshing. I stumbled upon Chè Xuân Trang and let me tell you, it was a delightful surprise!
They have this whole menu of chè options, which is kind of like a Vietnamese dessert soup. I went for the chè thập cẩm, which translates to "mixed chè." It was this incredible mix of fruits, jellies, sweetened beans, and these little chewy things that I can't quite place, all swimming in a light and fragrant coconut milk broth. It wasn't overly sweet, but just enough to satisfy my craving. Plus, all the textures were so fun!
