The stone bowl comes to you boiling hot so be careful!!! The amount is food is decent for local, but for Americans, it’s a small bowl. The ratio of beef to noodles is good, but I wish for little more broth. There’s no exotic cuts, sliced raw round and a little meatballs. I went very early in the morning so there was no one else except the owner but the whole restaurant is very good for a party or multiple groups of people as there are many 4+ seater tables.
