However still not clear on why the top two items on the menu are $20k different in price (see picture of menu, I had the more expensive dish), I asked, but was still unclear after the explaination?? The food was of the quality and served indistinguisable from a Michelin Star restaurant I visited in HCMC, but the service, not so much. Had Stone Beef Noodles Soup and the short version is it’s delicious.

The stone bowl comes to you boiling hot so be careful!!! The amount is food is decent for local, but for Americans, it’s a small bowl. The ratio of beef to noodles is good, but I wish for little more broth. There’s no exotic cuts, sliced raw round and a little meatballs. A nice ice tea is FREE; it’s a welcoming break from the hot weather and hot bowl!

I ordered a beef pho which was just like any other I’ve had and was a good portion and flavour was very nice too. I went very early in the morning so there was no one else except the owner but the whole restaurant is very good for a party or multiple groups of people as there are many 4+ seater tables.
